This site should be marked as fake. Bought Recovery software for my sony vaio VGN Z48GD. They sent me their fake iso file which contains nothing related to the drivers and recovery disk that I required. The driver disk launches some program of theirs that connects the the internet and disappears after a few seconds. The recovery disk doesnt even have any valid windows files in there.

It appears that they put in any random junk in those iso files and marked it as whatever you are looking for.

I have contacted them twice now since the purchase requesting for a full and immediate refund and have yet to receive a response.

I never got an answer on the phone. I never got my download. Other reviews i have read since say they are selling pirate software. How can this happen in this day and age from a British company. So i have sent a letter to Microsoft. I have had to ask my bank for a refund. This has been going on for nearly 3 months. No reply yet from Microsoft either except an email saying they are looking into my claims.

Unbelievably bad service and products, after a week of nobody picking up the phone I finally got through to a very rude man. There were children in the background screaming, so i guess this is somebody's living room. In the end I did get a download but it was NOT a version of Windows for my ASUS, it was a normal Windows you can get fro free from Microsoft. This company is a SCAM. Please contact me if you want to discus, i am actively looking for other people that have had problems with Zoftar. I believe they used to be called NUMUS its the same address selling the same things.
