Scam website. Contact FBI @ IC3 To file a complaint. What is happening is illegal.

This website is a scam. They advertise physical copy books but then email a PDF version.. very unprofessional! I purchased a hardcover of a book and gave my delivery details but received a PDF that isn't an ebook or Kindle compatible version as it won't open on any devises. I would give it zero stars for the false advertising and blindsiding customers.

I sent this book to a friend for a birthday gift. She never received it and my money is GONE. So sad that people do this to their fellow humans.

I would give a zero but it is not and option. I got my refund through my charge card. Not them when I emailed them they said NO REFUNDS. I stated I was sent a confirmation of charge email but no follow up with a link to access the book. I responded to their NO REFUND email, you did not follow through. Stop taking money for orders you do not follow through on. MasterCard has and will take care of this. I have email proof nothing arrived. Many other trust worthy book companies with awesome customer service. Abe, Alibris, Thriftbooks, Amazon etc. all used book sale.

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money on this website. Such a scam they took my money and no book or anything. Such a scamm!!
On emailing their support, they sent me some link( which I am never clicking on btw! That's probably another scam)

FRAUD - BEWARE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR GIVE CREDIT/DEBIT INFORMATION. Zogomom is a SCAM website. They hook you in with great prices on new books and free shipping. They do not send out order confirmation emails or tracking information emails. You cannot get any information about your order. In fact, you will probably never hear back from them. They do NOT sell real books. From what I read, if you get anything at all, you will get access to some sort of ebook or pdf file. Regardless, zogomom's use of copyrighted books this way is illegal. It is a criminal offense, which means zogomom is run by scammers and criminals. If you pay by debit or credit, call your financial institution and report the fraud. If you try to get a refund, from what I read you'll be lucky to contact someone and if you do, they will refuse a refund. Stay far away...

Web site refuses to indicate that book is an Ebook. When I requested a refund they refused, saying it was already sent. I requested refund within 30 minutes of purchase. When I contacted company, they sent me the same refusal, obviously a bot.

Not a legit company to deal with, literally no customer service. Buyer beware!

I googled a certain book on sale and this website came up. It said free shipping ! It did NOT SAY anything about it being an ebook !!! That is completely wrong to have people pay for an item and not even know what they are really purchasing ! I sent email to cancel my order and they said that it was non refundable! DO NOT ORDER from this website ! If it said Ebook maybe I would be ok with this order , but I don’t like being deceived !

I thought I was purchasing an actual cookbook. I waited two weeks for my book to arrive and when nothing came, I contacted the seller. I was told that I purchased a digital book. Very misleading on the website, as it doesn't say that ANYWHERE. Never again...and I don't recommend, unless you like digital copies. I prefer an actual book and would have appreciated transparency on their website.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! Run away! They look nice and seem to have good books for good prices and come up as a top search results when you look for particular books but nowhere on their site or when you choose a title you would like to purchase do they state that they only deal in ebooks! Once you place an order you will get a link to a PDF and that is it. You cannot exchange or cancel despite their policy saying you can. Nothing about them mentions that they use ebooks at all. In fact, I bought one book for myself and one for a gift and they wanted physical addresses on where to deliver a book. So tell me why they need a physical address if they're going to be emailing a PDF? They are dishonest and misleading and should be absolutely shut down or made to make it clear what they really sell. You buy from them and it's just like getting a box from Amazon that's empty.
