Money wasted. Advertising is misleading and praying on people in pain.

Been using Zok for a month hoping for tinnitus relief. So far nothing and tonight while removing it from my ear the rubber tip stayed in my ear canal. Had to use a needle nose pliers to grasp and pull it out

This product really works. It has relieved my pressure headaches and facial pain as well as reducing my tinnitus.

Terrible foreign company! They do not provide instructions even after numerous requests.

My mom and godmother (her sister) both suffered debilitating migraines... I figured lucky me I got them from them nothing to be done. I have tried so many things even just to ease them. My friend sent me a link for this and I looked at it and the bad reviews and ignored it. Well after a bout of several days of a high pressure migraine ai thought what the heck, I've tried everything else... while my headache didn't go away, the pressure was greatly reduced and I could function. I used it again after a couple of hoursand the rest of the pressure went away. It does take some finagling to get it in the right position but it is worth it. I have ordered more so I have one in my purse, one at work and one by my bed, also for my boyfriend and bestie who also suffer migraines.

I used this thing once according to directions and it messed up my life. I had pain when I used it and now I have pain to sound that causes anxiety and nausea. I get sick to my stomach from every little noise. They had the nerve to say I could return it if I paid for shipping. It ruined my ear and I have to pay for shipping. I should sue. Do not use this stupid thing.

Same as others.. does nothing for tinnitus,.. imagine so many people want help and will try anything. Lot of these on insta,.. same actors, different problems, same product that treats this, that and the other. Shame it doesn't work.

I even purchased the extra sizes. Zero suction and does nothing. Just a crappy piece of plastic. Wish I had checked videos prior - everyone look on tiktok for real reviews.

They also will not give you a refund like they guarantee until AFTER you send it back AND YOU have to pay the postage!! As any other business send you information for returns to pay postage this dodgy one won’t!

It’s just crappy bits of plastic and they are scamming vulnerable people desperate for relief that will try anything. Gross company.

There is a reason all the positive reviews are from people who have only left 1 review! Doesn’t do a thing - some very clever marketing utilising someone who claims to have suffered with debilitating migraines and spent thousands, only to find relief with Zok. I doubt this is true!! You could stick you own finger in your ear to create a slight pressure and it would have exactly the same effect. I’m annoyed at myself for falling for it in desperation. Would have sent back for a refund but seems like such a difficult process it wasn’t worth the effort!

AVOID!!!! I used this yesterday for the first time. It gave me the worst migraine I've ever ever had. I was in absolute agony all night and being sick. Not been like that for years.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I used it once and needed to go to urgi care after. I felt a pop in my ear continued by pain and constant pressure. It did nothing but cause inflammation and swelling of my eardrums. I wrote the the company on Instagram and they repeatedly took down my review and then blocked me. Please do not buy. It’s very dangerous.

Unfortunately this product doesn't work for migraines I use medication along side it and it doesn't relieve any pain/pressure at all. Disappointing buy cause as some of us know migraines are debilitating

I didn't work. It made my head feel worse, like the way my ears feel on a plane...except nothing would make it go away...I just had to wait for it to wear off...a couple hours.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This company is a total JOKE!!! I have suffered with sinus migraines all of my life, so when I saw this in a Facebook ad I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I have had terrible experiences with these Facebook ads so I knew better…but their ‘100% satisfaction guarantee’ drew me in. Well let me tell you this- their ‘100% satisfaction guarantee’ is a LIE. And that’s just for starters! I ordered THREE of the devices which came to almost $60. What I received a week later was ONE device! This is their SOLE product, so how do you look at a simple order for THREE times the price of ONE and ship out only ONE??? You do it to SCAM people, that’s how! Because they now have a tracking number that says that it’s been delivered (just one way these scam companies try to screw you as far as disputes go)! Before contacting them about this I went ahead and tried out the one device they sent because I actually had a headache that day. Lo and behold there was NO SUCTION whatsoever!!! The flange that goes into the ear did not allow for a suction to be created, none whatsoever! So the device was completely ineffective! I do have a larger ear canal apparently, but come on! Zok does not have a contact number (of course) so I emailed them about the order being sent improperly as well as the device I received being ineffective and/or defective and that I was 0% satisfied and that I would like my money back in full. I also asked for a return label for the defective device. They refused to send a return label and said they would refund me for the missing order, which they DID NOT. At that point I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I KNEW that Zok was a SCAM at this point! I had to go around and around with my card company because Zok relied on the fact that they ‘delivered’ my order and was able to provide tracking details to prove it. Ultimately, though, I FINALLY won the dispute against these sheisters, but I spent hours on the phone and email providing all of the details and making the card company understand what actually happened! DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!!!!

Load of rubbish. Doesn’t work, just hurts your ear drum so you end up with earache and a headache!

I've been through x rays, mri's, etc. I'm still suffering from severe headaches to this day as no one has had a solution for my headaches. It's your neck, it's your sinuses, it's your shoulder... No answers !!
My wife got this product for me a couple of months ago, thank goodness. They have not disappeared but they are at least manageable with this product. I understand it does not work for everyone, but it works for me. Believe what you will but this is coming from a 63 year old man who has no room for BS !!
Use it properly and it could, and hopefully will work for you. I recommend !!

I was hoping to love this Zok product, and fell for the hype online and ordered several. A few things to realize is that this product may make your pain worse. The company preys on people who are in pain, and looking for relief. You would be better off ordering an infant nose cleaner, because this product is nearly the same thing. It made my tmj pain and headache worse. They also only give very partial refunds when you return the item(s) you order, despite their website saying 100% guaranteed, easy returns. Additionally, if you look at their social media, they ONLY have positive reviews. They DELETE every single negative review. I tried leaving many reviews, only to have them deleted moments later. This is evidence of a scam product, and a company who is strategic in manipulating people who are desperate for pain relief. Learn from my mistake and don't order from this company that has zero integrity.

Why so many negative reviews on here?? I had no issues receiving or tracking my item. I had no issues with customer service either. They replied back to me within 24 hours.
It takes getting used to. Initially it was hurting me..but you have to be careful. My headaches are going away and so is my cranial pressure. I was prescribed so many medications and after doing this daily and a couple of times a day, I no longer suffer from vertigo, pressure or migranes. I'm super happy and it's definitely not a scam.
