PLEASE RESPECT YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!
It is a long review but I am sure after reading it you never order from them online!!!! so please bear with me.
I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from them. I give them -1000 stars. Their stuff is beautiful BUT the customer service is a hell. It is almost one month after the delivery time and no furniture yet. Every time they say they will come back to you with the exact delivery date it never happens. So if you want to order from them, get ready to wait MUCH MORE TIME than they promise.
Update: I decided to keep my review updated if it helps somebody. I ordered the sofa on 23/07/2023 and the delivery date was around 26th Sep. Also, I ordered the dining table, 6 chairs, and one TV stand on 08/09/2023 and all the stuff was available and they could be picked up immediately. I chose to pick them up on 28th Sep and I asked them to pick the second order with the sofa and they accepted. They were so friendly and helpful.
On the 21st of Sep, I had a call from them that the chairs were ready and I could pick them up. I told them I wanted to pick them up with other stuff and they accepted.
26th Of September arrived and no sign of Sofa readiness. So I contacted the customer service and they said we expect some delay and I accepted.
The disaster started from this point. I contacted them every other day and I got the same answer that we would come back to you when we had information and it NEVER happened. Don't even think that the dining table and TV stand which were AVAILABLE on the website while ordering were ready till now!!!!!! On 24th October (after one month of delay for the sofa) I got an email from them that the Sofa is not produced anymore and if I wanted a refund or credit. I responded obviously I want a refund. So based on the customer service the refund process was started on the same day and I should have got my money back after 14 days. Now it is the 15th day after all this nonsense and I do not get my money back. I contacted them and again they told me they would come back to you. The same game that they played before!!!!!
Don't forget about the other order as I was stupid enough to order twice from them. As the dining table and TV stand were not ready after 30 days of the promised delivery date, I canceled this order too and the refund process started on 27th October, so let's see if I get my money back ontime or not which is a stupid expectation.
I thought as the chairs were ready and already in the store maybe it is better to go there and pick those f..king chairs at least I have less money to expect from them. But I am sure looking at those chairs just reminds me how catastrophic this store is every day!!!!!
About the customer service, I can say they were so helpful and friendly till I was a paying customer, but after being the angry customer who wants her money back, they were so rude and I had to ask them to be nice and patient with the customer who paid before and did not get ANYTHING in return.
Today is 08/11/2023 and I will tell you when I will get my money back!!!!
Update 2 (written on 13/11/2023):
I went to the store located in Mulslaan 17, 1820 Steenokkerzeel on Saturday to pick up the chairs and talked with one of the sellers about my problem. It was so weird that she told me as you ordered online we can not do anything about it and the online ordering is completely different from the store!!!! which does not make sense to me at all. Also, they told me they would talk with their colleagues about my problem and on Monday they would call me with a solution. It is already the end of Monday's working hour and the call has not happened!!!! and I did not expect anything else!
The other funny thing is Zoli99 responded to my review here and they invited me to contact the phone number or online chat!!! Dear fellas the number is fake so don't bother yourself to call the number I called more than 10 times and they never answered. I've contacted the online chat more than 20 times till now and THE ONLY answer that I always get is "I will contact my direction and I will contact you when I have more information" :))
I am wondering how they dare to answer my review in this way. They are shameless :)) and nothing more can be expected from scammers!!!!

I've ordered from zoli99.com and the product became out of order. I asked them to delete the order and refund me my money. Unfortunately I've waited for months and finally they send the refund email. Just the email not the money. I kept on asking them for refund and they asked me to check with my bank I checked there is nothing. Now they won't reply to me or refund me. The worst experience ever.
