Absolute scammy dont deposit never got paid out been 4 month plus absolut ####s

10 weeks now and they’ve still not paid me my funds, still a technical issue, live chat won’t reply to me, email support hasn’t replied to my emails since early June. This site needs to be took down they are openly operating taking peoples money knowing full well they cannot withdraw, what a scam!!

They are holding money, saying technical issue without any deadline for payment.
Its been 15 days or more now that i am suffering from their rigid response now even the customer support is getting rude with me they take it personal when i ask them about my withdrawal. They have held my withdrawal of 4929€.
And so unprofessional that do not disclose the reason and the deadline.

Technical issues made it that after 5 weeks withdrawals are still not being processed, very vague responses for support team.Hard to believe this is not a scam

Hopefully anyone thinking about using this site reads this before signing up. I won €350 and I’ve been waiting about a month for my withdrawal. They say there is a problem with the withdrawal system. Don’t waste your money with these crooks.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I’ve now been waiting 17 days for my money. It still says pending. I’ve been on the online chat everyday now. Same message over and over and over and over and over and over again….There is absolutely no chance there’s an issue with withdrawing money for this long. I strongly advise against using Zolobet.pro. Played the Live casino games on their platform after that I requested a withdrawal and still haven't received my funds. KYC was conducted and approved. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I’ve received no clear answers or resolution.
They respond by saying there is a "technical issue" but are unable to explain properly what that entails. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding payouts. This is a huge red flag for any online casino. Until they resolve this issue and pay out what's owed, I consider Zolobet.pro and all affiliated sites a non-paying and untrustworthy platform. Proceed with extreme caution. If I am told otherwise or receive my payout I will rectify my review and provide an update.

If I could give 0 stars I would joined from uk let me deposit then saying games are restricted and crnt play them stay away live chat it’s constantly unavailable and they never email back so lost money which I carnt get back and it’s sitting in the account

Not sure why the rating aren't way higher. So far my experience has been nothing but stellar. The platform feels new and refreshing. And customer service Is nothing less than spectacular. I have yet to make a withdrawal yet so can't speak on that process but everything else has been great.
