Just great customer care and responsiveness
Over the past couple of days I have been in contact with Zone3, the first time asking for help and guidance about a wetsuit, and the second time regarding clarification about my subsequent order ( I had mis-typed my own email address!)
Both times the response from Kelsie was rapid, friendly, polite, very helpful and spot on in terms of what I was seeking.
Kelsie ensured my first experiences of dealing with Zone3 has been easy, straightforward and just plain nice!! Thank you.

Great range of Wetsuits for all sizes.
Very pleased with the Advanced ladies wetsuit. They come in various sizes but if buying from a Stockist (such as Cotswolds Outdoor) check the sizing on the Z3 website - these are the correct ones. Customer services post sale is also excellent and they are take things seriously. Well done.

Amazing customer service 👍
I bought a wetsuite and a hoodie but unfortunately I didn't quite get the wetsuite size right! I was unable to do an exchange in the returns portal for reasons that became clear after I emailed the hello Zone3 customer service and the help and assistance I received from Adam was unbeleiveably good. He was extremely helpful, and efficient, he explained everything and ensured I was able to get the larger size wetusit, I needed. Great communication and he was so helpful even being able to see when I had taken my item to the post office to be returned. I am very grateful to Adam, top employee, give him a pay rise Zone3.
Aside of my sizing issues, the original delivery was delivered within 48 hours and good packaging. Very happy with the ease of ordering, returns and advice given.

Everything perfect
The service I experienced was absolutely perfect. I had to return 2 pieces given they were too small (I am usually an M and ended up needing XL). The first item I returned and received the money back 2 days later. The second one I tried to return and received an error message (regarding printing the return label). I sent an email to customer service and received a response within minutes. The issue was solved within less than 1 hour. Thanks, Adam!

Very helpful customer service. Have loads of Zone 3 products. There was an issue with faulty zips on transition bag. Very responsive service, quickly helped establish a helpful solution following supply of photos with replacement of product offered. Very happy customer!

The customer service is excellent. My neoprene socks had holes in after one use which was very disappointing, as I had waited so long for them to be in stock and reviews were so good. I did receive an apology and full refund very promptly with no hassle which was really appreciated.

No quibble replacement
Bought some goggles which my son was very happy with but encountered a problem when the rubber came off one eye. When I informed Zone3 the correspondence was quick and they replaced the damaged pair. I was very happy with the response. Will be buying again as the products are of good quality and aftercare is great.

Wetsuit lasted less than 1 season
Disappointed with the response from Zone3: I bought an ex-hire wetsuit for £118, which has pretty much fallen apart after only 21 swims (yes, I counted them!). There's no warranty on the product, because it's ex-hire, but even so, I've paid £118 for a suit that's lasted less than one season. Not even an offer on a new one. At least I've learned something - not to go with Zone3 because the quality isn't good enough.

Wetsuit rental
I recently placed an order to rent a wetsuit from Zone 3 and had a great experience with their customer service. After ordering, I reached out with a few questions regarding the suitability of the wetsuit for different activities. Adam from Zone 3 quickly responded, confirming that the wetsuit wasn't ideal for my needs. I then asked if we could cancel the order immediately, and Adam was incredibly helpful, processing the cancellation without any hassle. Not only did he handle the cancellation smoothly, but he also took the time to advise me on other options that might work better for my activities. Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be considering Zone 3 for future orders. Highly recommend!
