I have used many, many DAMs. I tried the big names (Adobe) and the smaller names (ACDSee) and the tiny names (ThumbsPlus) and nothing has come close to the satisfaction I have had from Zoner. It is not quite perfect but not far off. Fully functioned doesn't begin to cover it and it just gets better with their twice a year updates.
They are also super responsive.

Relatively simple to use. Fulfills my needs when I have to edit photos.

I am an amateur photographer, architect and graphic designer with speficic needs. I may say that I use up to 30% of the resources your SW provides.

The suppot material (tutorial, online help) could be more easy to search through, when a specific topic needs a detailed explanation on how things should be done.

I like it: it is fast, has a "small memory and machine resources hunger". Rarely "hangs" !

I've been using ZPS for the last 6 years. Nothing to complanin of ! On the contrary.

Zoner Photo Studio is by far the best photo organizer around. I own and have tried many others. This alone makes it worth the money. It also edits, creates, does video Etc. The company has many help videos and a great help manual. There is so much to this program but it is easy to learn to use.

Been using Zoner since ZPS 15 and never found a reason to change as it offers everything that I need for editing and cataloguing my photos.
It is very comprehensive with an enormous range of features.
I make use of it as an amateur but it would be equally good for professional use.
When I have needed help it has always been available.
I particularly like the unique double browser pane making it easy to copy/move photos.
Unlike some applications it is under continual development.
I would absolutely recommend Zoner Photo Studio to anyone.

I started using Zoner Photo Studio X a year ago. I use it every single day. I am a Magazine Editor In Chief and I depend on it. I HIGHLY recommend it. AND their Support is quick, very responsive, and communicative. I HIGHLY recommend Zoner Photo Studio X.

Zoner ZPS X by Zoner Studio is an excellent editing tool. The capabilities of this editor are excellent and very intuitive. The quality of edited photos are consistently excellent. The ZPS X photo editor is full featured when compared to other editors I have used. The Zoner Photo Studio team is constantly improving the editor and provides educational material regularly. The Support team is very responsive. The cost to value ratio, in my opinion, is excellent. The ZPS X editor will be one of my primary editing application.

Easy to use and gives good results without the time it takes to work with images on Photoshop. Price is very reasonable compared to other options. Not perfect, but no photo software is. Recommended for users who want to get nice results without having to go through a difficult learning curve, but has the ability to do more as you become accustomed to it and delve into its rich feature set.

What can I say, it's gotta be one of the best all in one photo editors out there. For my purposes it does everything I need, yes it could have a few more features but you can say that about any photo editor out there. I love how you can edit a photo and just export to Zonerama, a beautiful photo sharing site. A site that you can upload unlimited photos in full resolution for free and you can even edit the photos in Zonerama from Zoner Photo Studio and it will make the changes to your photo in Zonerama, how great is that. Zoner Photo Studio is also part of a great photo community. Zoner is always sending out great info to you via there magazine. I could go on and on, it's just a great photo editing program.

I have been using ZONER for several years. It is feature-rich, easy to use, and does a great job of helping me manage my library of 23,000+ photos.
Tech support is prompt, but often not entirely helpful. I get the feeling they are reading from scripts instead of listening. And they are not shy about suggesting you modify how you work in order to get the most from their software.
Still, so much better than Photoshop that this is an easy choice!

After having been a long standing user of Photoshop (from way back when) I started looking for an alternative when Adobe went to their current model - it had too much irrelevant stuff for me.

So I found Zoner and, I have to say, I'm very happy with it as a photo editing suite of tools. It does the job, and more besides.

I'd also add that when I've raised any kind of support issue with them, they have always been quick and helpful in their replies. So, thoroughly recommended.

Being a flight spotter I get many (very many...) photos from airshows. As most aircrafts fly pretty fast and sometimes the weather isn't perfect I need a good software for editing. With Zoner Photo Studio I can enhance details without destroying the image as well as improving colors in an easy and intuitive way. It's a fantastic tool that helps to create stunning images.

Very satisfied by this software. I've been using it for quite a few years and I've always appreciated it for being very user friendly. Execeptional the "develop module" that allows to work in non destructively mode leaving the original picture untouched.

Zoner Photo Studio is a great stand alone photo editor at a reasonable price. It is easy to sort, cull and edit your photos quickly, but also has some great photo development tools. Additionally, they have tons of pre-sets and are constantly updating the program with new features and improvements to existing ones. I have been using it for close to a decade now and find it my go-to tool for photography.

I have been using Zoner Photo Studio for many years and it just seems to get better with each iteration. I especially like that I can quickly review large numbers of photos quickly, compare multiple copies and don't have to worry about importing or other troublesome catalog issues that often occur in Lightroom. I like that it easily stacks RAW and jpg files and I can make quick or more sophisticated edits with the Editor module or the Developer module. Their customer support is always helpful and answers questions in a timely manner. Can't wait to see what the team comes up with next!

I've been using Zoner Photo Studio way back before it was offered as a subscription only. I began with version 15. Although I don't use all of the features offered, I especially like the ease of use, the ability to use masks and overlays, the floating window features, and the productive modules that ease my workflow.

The one star rating is for horrible customer service. My 89+ father-in-law purchased the program for managing photos; unfortunately his Microsoft personal computer hard drive began failing two days after purchase. He bought an apple computer. He found out that Zoner does NOT have an apple program. Customer Service told him to give his account to someone else. No one else in the family has microsoft we all use Apple. So much for customer service and understanding.

What I like:
1 Has everything I need, and more.
2 Develop Module is like Lightroom. Especially with 'Primary Colour Shift': similar to Lightroom's 'Colour Calibration'. No other Lightroom competitors seem to have this yet.
3 Editor Module is like Photoshop but easier to use with only those other tools a 'normal' person needs for some of those Photoshop effects.
4 Customer support from a couple of queries has been good.
5 Tutorials on Zoner's 'Learn Photography' website.

What I'm not keen on:
1 YouTube Channel/tutorials compared to Zoner's competitors seems really poor and little use.
2 Online User Guide/Manual. So basic, it's no help. Few illustrations.
In most cases, it merely lists tools and what they do, but not how to use or why, or in any coherent way. (This could be that Zoner wants you to buy the 'Practical Guide' at $19 which looks like what that manual should look like.)

If they put some work into making the online manual better, it would get 5 stars.

I like how simple it is to use, I have been enjoying it thus far. Your program is super great a taking out camera noise or gritty.

I am going to try a few different platforms to see how they work.

Picmonkey was my 1st, but I have left them, due pricing and not worth my efforts.

Use it for several years now, since Z15. Very intuitive and easy to use. Also, with ZXX, regular updates appear with useful features added. I use Nikon's Caption for RAW, because I find Nikon's raw-coversion superior for NEF and I like the U-point technology more than layers. However, for more photoshopstyle edits I turn to Zoner. Alltogether a very good integral photosuite that is worth its price.

This is an excellent product with very intuitive tagging and editing. I originally got it for its geotagging and I have no regrets. I particularly like its dehazing facility, this was a bonus. All they need to do now is face recognition and tagging and it will be perfect.
