Disappointing with the lack of support with this app been a long time user but recently the app was freezing constantly during football matches so they gave me the ibpro app which froze again during the Liverpool v Everton derby last night , I also got a new telling so it wouldn’t let me install app & the smart arsed response was ‘ you pay app I can’t keep paying it ‘ !! I didn’t ask for the ibpro app in the first place it was suggested by zontaf to me as I couldn’t watch anything without constant freezing , paid €35 and not receiving the service. Just to add they suggested it and then message me that they would pay for it , and it really feels like I am dealing with someone completely different than before as the response is very poor and rude .

I paid €35 for a subscription the iptv wouldn’t load the stations you told me to download ibpro app and I did then you said ‘ we will pay the app for you ‘ then my telly crashed and this other person whom is obviously not familiar with what happened previously told me to downloaded ibpro app again which gave a 7 day free trial . My subscription is still live and I can’t use it so that’s great service? You need to go back and check the corresponding messages as you’re 100% wrong on this but that’s fine your loss I was a long time customer always renewing my subscription even though it lagged during football matches films etc , because if I contacted zontaf they where really helpful & friendly on WhatsApp but not anymore. I may be out of pocket but when my subscription is up I will not be renewing and I am already looking else where .
Reply : the ibpro app was installed as a recommendation from you way before my tv crashed. The iptv didn’t work/ load so that is why it was recommended , and I paid €35 for a subscription that was not working that is why you told me to get ibpro app an YOU offered to pay for it that was not my idea !!! what is it you are not getting??? I do not wish to use your service anymore as already stated & I am currently looking for new provider. If I pay for a subscription I naturally expect it to work . Update I would rather you refunded me my money so I can subscribe to a new service provider today . I no longer wish to deal with you or use your service. Iptv worked on my tv perfectly till before Christmas, I was watching football and it kept freezing missed the game and the help on WhatsApp was too download ibpro app and we will pay for it from zontaf ! Nothing to do with tv as it worked in the past on the same device. Going around in circles with you , you are not listening . Zontaf os great when you are signing up the last 3 mths of this service has not worked for me you are meant to be the experts I followed your advice to download a new app and I did this new tv can download iptv and as per pictures supplied to you through WhatsApp you can clearly see the stations are not loading same problem as before Christmas. You sort out the problem you where paid by me and if you don’t refund I can try another way .Reddit have a lot of suggestions for good providers btw .
