I ordered gloves 4 months ago and after 2 months of no updates I sent numerous requests to cancel my order. I sent 2 emails and used the ticket service on their website with no reply from the company.

For a big guy 400 lbs getting into jiu jitsu was a bit challenging but getting a Gi was the hardest part thanks to you guys i feel like part of the family now thank u so much . As i loose weight i will def. Keep comming back to u guys for my awsome and great feeling Gi s

I bought a pair of boxing gloves that turned out to be backordered. I asked for the order to be cancelled and get a refund. 3 weeks have passed and customer service does not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I hope Zoobgear is understaffed during the season but I'affraid that you are merely running a deceptive business practice. I have thus reported Zoobgear to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. I hope this will make you shift gears and get back to me otherwise I intend to file a small claims lawsuit.

Arrived safe and sound, exactly as ordered. Could not find this item anywhere else. Price was reasonable too! Thank you zoobgear!

Its a bad customer service ever. I ordered an item last month for $14.99 and international shipping for $79.95 and I didn’t receive it yet. They put there phone number in there website ‭1 (855) 339-7515‬ and when you call they will tell you that phone number is for another company. And when you send them email messages they won’t answer. Its a fake company they just trying to steal people’s money. I will let everybody know about what this company doing and i will open a court case for this fake company.

Fast delivery! The boxing shorts that I ordered are top quality.

I ordered to pieces of equipment, got one. I have sent numerous emails to find out where the other piece of equipment is. We paid for both. Got one email they would check into it and never have heard from them again. I would not order again.

Poor customer service, trying to contact them is imposible, i made and order on the 6th of october for $320, after trying to contact them many times, they emailed me on the 15th to notify me that my order was cancelled.. i havent recieved my money back!!! This company is a SCAM! Please dont waste your money or become victim to this company!!!

Products as advertised, tracking worked, pretty simple and straight forward. Will certainly be purchasing more from ZoobGear in the future.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. It's easy to assemble and well made. The best piece of equipment I've purchased.

Customer service was excellent

The retractable punching bag arm I bought is not machined properly it moves too much. There is probably a eighth inch Gap around the entire sleeve that makes it move back and forth every time you hit the bag and makes a really loud noise. It's a yreally poorly engineer product to give off the shelf. I had to put spacers in to actually make it work. Your average customer won't be able to do what I did.

They sent me the wrong product and still have not replaced it. I would not do business with this company unless you want to be ripped off. Hopefully one day I can get my replacement item.

I would highly recommend this company. The customer service is outstanding and they worked with me to meet my deadline. They provided exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied and will use them again whenever I have a need for a product they can provide. You don't see companies that go the extra mile to help a customer in today's world but Zoobgear does.
