I’ve never written a review before because most retailers offer pretty standard customer service, so it never felt necessary. But the owners from this boutique.. The customer service in the Whatsapp chat here was incredible and the things they did for me… I am so grateful.

I ordered a pair of Louboutins and they fit perfectly. I couldn’t be more grateful for the service and overall experience. Other retailers should really take notes, Zoofashions puts every other high-end retailers i’ve bought from to shame.

I purchased this small bag for daily use, and it’s been a great choice. It’s compact but fits my phone, wallet, and keys comfortably. The design is simple and stylish, and the material feels durable. The strap is comfortable to wear. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight bag for essentials.

The prices are very good, the customer Serviceare excellent and very nice. I enjoyed shopping in this store. I recommend everyone to buy from this store

I couldn't recommend Zoo Fashions enough! They have the most incredible customer service I've ever experienced!
I was looking for a father's day present for my husband and left it until the last minute!
There was so much choice on the website, but I decided on a belt.
I got in touch with them to see if it would arrive before father's day and they said it would. They also gave loads of advice about the sizing etc.
The belt was delivered early the next day, beautifully wrapped, which I thought was a lovely touch.
I have definitely found a new go to online shop! Thank you so much 😊

The good: I received the item and on time
Tha bad: Just after I placed the order I noticed that I mistyped my house number and (instead of 55 I typed 5t), and I sent an email to the store informing them (just 2 minutes after the order). I never received a reply, the package was sent overseas with the wrong address. I send a reminder and, once again, no reply. Finally, the delivery guy happened to remember my name and brought the package to the correct number.
I give 2 stars because although I received the item, the customer support is non existent. I am lucky I had no other issue cause I now know I wouldn't be able to reach them easily. This is my fair review.

EDIT: After you replied I am editing my rating from 2 stars to 3 because It matters to me that you put an effort to reply in the way you did and not try to discredit my (honest) review.

Purchased two casablanca tshirts from farfetch,which the items were sent from zoo fashion. Really happy with the sizing and the quality of material. Speedy next day delivery. I truly can't complain. Thumbs up from me

Rang up to reserve a Casablanca tshirt ,, gentlemen I spoke too was more than helpful and reduced to that seen on another site. T-shirt received following morning. Spot on

Brought a dress received it quiet quick but quality was crap the straps r so thin they feel like there going to snap and crap zipper all in all crap quality wouldn’t waste my money very disapointed

Amazing customer service! I spoke with them about a return inquiry. Also, I requested to reserve a sweatshirt (Last Piece), and everything worked out smoothly and perfectly! I got the refund within a week. The most reliable place to buy AMIRI and Casablanca products.

On the 5th of October 2022 i Purchased from this lot a pair of Stone Island shorts and a Stone Island hoodie both was too small so contacted them they then gave me a return label which I sent the items back straight away via UPS
It is now the 14th of January 2023 and still not refund I message them every couple of days and get the reply and I quote

Horrible site and staff returned an item in MAY and every week since then i have emailed them for a refund, they blocked me off whatsapp and wont refund me it is currently december AVOID AT ALL COSTS LOST ME 1800 ill only delete this if they refund me

i returned an article of clothing due to sizing issues - no actual measurements were provided in their website btw - and retuned it well within the timeframe for returns. i paid £30 for shipping to Australia with ‘free returns’ according to the website. but i’ve been told that they only refund the cost of the item less shipping which wasn’t clearly pointed out in their FAQs and T&Cs. i just assumed it will be like the other online stores that sell high end fashion (although Matches & MrPorter don’t even charge any shipping over a certain amount purchased) and would give me a FULL refund. that was my mistake. NEVER AGAIN.
