Missing eggs
Unfortunately there is always an issue, broken eggs, wrong order, this time we had a missing egg from our pack of 12 organic eggs. The delivery person was on time and as always lovely and majority of the time the products are good quality but when there's always an issue I'm wondering if it's worth the saved time.

Zoom Ocado is my go-to for emergencies
Zoom Ocado is my go-to for emergencies. It’s great that I get prompted by their £15 off vouchers!
The delivery team is super friendly and customer service very efficient.
But I find there’s a lack of varieties in their products. And on a few occasions the delivery arrived later than it should be.

Always brilliant I love this service as unfortunately I have been very ill and unable to get out and do my usual shopping. The delivery riders are always polite and extremely helpful and really are a lifeline for me. Produce is always amazing and I would highly recommend.

Zoom my new favourite app
Accurate deliveries, always on time, good quality products. I love the availability with time slots and the cheaper rate. Good have a greater range of products as often favourites are out of stock. The minimum order amount of £15 isn’t too bad but perhaps it could be lower for basic orders.

The process works really well except…
The process works really well apart from the payment mechanism. Selecting products, selecting delivery time and punctuality of the delivery all very good.
I was offered a £5 discount for this my SECOND ever Zoom shop. Great! BUT I had not noticed that the credit card I selected from the list displayed had expired. The whole transaction then aborted and I had to start the payment process again after adding a new credit card. This then worked BUT the £5 discount that I was previously offered had disappeared and was not applied to my checkout.

Offer and voucher codes don’t work
Problems with offers and vouchers. Received email to say every day during Black Friday there will be free item in vouchers during checkout. Experienced many problems with this. Received an email with AUTMN offer code which never worked. Customer services couldn’t get it to work either. Otherwise good shopping experience.

Consistent packing issues
Consistent packing issues. The fruit/similar items are always smashed at the bottom. Not a great experience if you need fruit/veg/bread/soft items.

Happy with the delivery slots and cost. My experience has always been positive, very good promotions, delivery made within the time slot. Plenty of choice with the groceries. All good when I need it!
