There are times that they will screen you out or disqualify you don't loose hope some of the survey gives you lot of points just keep on taking surveys be honest and resilient.

You fill these these surveys honestly and they still suspend your account for NO reason. My theory is that they just don't want to pay everyone. It appears like there are many surveys for you to do but you never qualify for any of them because they are all fake. What you are left with is a few surveys that go for less than a dollar. That's If you are lucky and you are not screened out. It will take you days just to make the minimum 3 dollar reward. When you are ready to cash out they take your points or suspend your account. Do not trust this shady company! Also beware of their sister website Grabpoints, they are the same SCAMMERS!!

Why tf are your surveys not giving points. After answering a hell of a 20 mins this is the respond i get with your website "No allocation
It appears that this survey has reached its quota. Please click the button below to see if any other surveys are available." Then why in tf you let me answer it for a wholse 20 mins when it's already full. I know i finished that survey and it's all about telco products. I am writing to formally appeal the wrongful ban on my account (ID: 15040631) and to complain about the complete lack of transparency from your support team. Despite my repeated requests, your agents have refused to provide me with the actual, specific reason for my account being disabled, only offering vague and incorrect possibilities.
My account was suspended on or around Friday, 29 August 2025. I contacted support immediately to understand why.
In response, I was given only generic reasons like "fraudulent activity" or "VPN use." I state categorically that I have never committed fraud on your platform and never used a VPN while accessing my account. I have always completed all offers honestly and in full compliance with your terms of service.

It's obvious that the reviews about Zoombucks being a Scam Platform is True and the positive reviews here are mostly Paid.
I saw the negative reviews and still went ahead to Sign up to confirm.
I Redeemed my reward and waited for one business day to receive it - Nothing happened. I tried logging into my account to reach their Support team, I noticed my account was suspended. I used the link provided on their login page to reach them.
They responded by telling me the factors that could influence suspension of one's account - WHICH I DIDN'T VIOLATE ANY. They also went ahead to tell me that the suspension is their final decision - Just like that, over what I didn't do.
So, yes zoombucks suspends your account when you want to cash out your points.
