I strongly advise against using this…

I strongly advise against using this platform. My account was blocked after I deposited all of my available funds, leaving me without access to my own money. Despite completing the required verification, the company continues to delay the process by repeatedly asking new questions in separate emails, which appears to be a deliberate attempt to prolong the case.
They insist on refunding funds to a payment card, even though I clearly informed them that this method will be automatically declined. I requested a transfer to a bank account or a USDT wallet address, but this has been ignored.
I have documented evidence of all correspondence and actions. I publicly invite all affected users to join a class action lawsuit against this platform. I am already working with lawyers on this matter.
Additionally, I am preparing legal action against Onlinepay, who are also involved in this case. They claimed that a refund was successfully sent to my card, which is not true. No funds were ever received, and no valid proof of refund was provided.
As a result, I am currently deprived of my funds and basic means of living. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency, consumer protection, and the overall reliability of both companies.

If you deposit your own money from your own bank they dont let you withdraw and you cant even have a say

I deposit fiat transaction, When I try to withdraw my account got banned saying violation of service which they are not transparent. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY THERE AT ANY COST. And they are not responsible for third party fiat deposits. If any problems occur the third party (Onlinepay) does not reply at all. Really unreliable platform

They are not valuing real users

I joint on a custom event. They was supposed to give us $20 spot rewards as a new user. As a new user I completed all the task requirement but didn't get the reward. Many people like me who didn't do anything wrong had claimed the same issue. so I think they are doing scam with people. But to be honest I didn't face any withdrawal issue.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Zoomex customer support.

I placed a stop-loss in good faith, but my position was still liquidated. Instead of giving me a clear answer, support wasted my time with three different and contradictory explanations:

First they said I never had a stop-loss (false).

Then they said it was too close to liquidation (contradicts the first answer).

Later they claimed it was never active and deactivated immediately (yet another contradiction).
Finally, they blamed the trigger type (LTP vs Mark Price), but this was never explained when placing the order.

I had to dig up my own screenshots of my orders (TP/SL) to prove I wasn’t lying. Last time I had a similar issue, they told me to use Mark Price to avoid liquidation — I did, and the same problem happened again.

The explanations have been unclear, inconsistent, and feel like copy-paste from an AI rather than serious investigation. Replying multiple times without solving the issue wasted my time and showed zero goodwill.

I actually liked Zoomex’s platform because it seemed easy to use, but this experience feels shady. If a stop-loss can be invalid without any warning, how can traders trust the system?

We appreciate your feedback. We understand that although our Client Service Team had tried to provide a clear explanation, it may still have caused some confusion.

Please note that the stop-loss you set was based on the last traded price (market price), while liquidation is triggered by the mark price. During periods of extreme volatility, it’s possible for the mark price to reach the liquidation point before the last traded price hits your stop-loss. This was what happened in your trade.

There was no issue with the trade execution itself. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will be providing a 20 USDT bonus to apologize if our previous explanation caused any confusion.

The bonus will be sent to your UID, and you may claim it in the Rewards Hub within one month from today.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Critical Copy Trading Bug Liquidated Accounts

While copy trading on Zoomex, a serious platform bug opened 15 duplicated LONG XRP/USDT positions at 20x leverage in my account (and in the accounts of others copying the same trader). These positions were mirrors of the last trade and ignored the stop‑loss the strategy had set (≈$30 planned loss). Instead, the forced over‑exposure caused rapid liquidation.

My account (ID: 491461197) lost ~80% instantly. In our challenge group, the combined losses exceed $300,000—all triggered by positions we never manually approved and that should have been protected by the original stop.

This is not normal market risk; it appears to be a technical failure (order replication + missing stop). We have screenshots, timestamps and multiple affected users ready to provide evidence.

What I’m asking from Zoomex:

Immediate investigation and public incident report.

Reversal/compensation of losses caused by the erroneous mirrored orders.

Assurance the copy trading engine is fixed (no uncontrolled duplication; stop‑loss honored).

I’ve opened support tickets but have not yet received a substantive response. Please escalate this before more users are harmed. I will update this review if a fair resolution is provided.

Zoomex, your quick, transparent action here will determine whether users can trust your platform.

Thank you for sharing your concerns — we understand how serious this feels, and we’ve already reviewed your case thoroughly.

Our system logs confirm that all XRP trades in your account were copied directly from the master trader’s manual actions, with proper timestamps, IPs, and order records. There is no system bug capable of automatically generating duplicated trades with different quantities and timing as described. Additionally, stop-loss settings depend on how the master trader configures them.

We’re happy to recheck any specific order ID you provide, but based on current findings, there was no platform-side error, and as such, we’re unable to offer compensation.

We appreciate your understanding and are here if you need further clarification.

Thanks for your message. We’ve fully reviewed your case (ID: 491461197), and the system logs show that all 15 trades were manually opened by the master trader and correctly copied by the system.

There is no system bug capable of generating duplicated or “mirrored” trades as described. Each order had proper timestamps, IP, and device records tied to the master account. Liquidation occurred based on normal market behavior and individual margin settings.

We’re happy to review any specific order ID if needed, but based on our investigation, no platform error was found, and compensation cannot be offered.

Account locked after I tried to withdraw

Made 2 deposits, made 2 trades. Had $11,500 in my trading account. They started a KYC after I tried to withdraw my funds. Then asked for more money to proceed with the KYC after providing all the documents they requested. Cathrine Fedorova was the scammer that got me to use zoomex. She kept encouraging me to deposit more money and pay the extra $4000 for zoomex to continue the KYC verification. Now I have the FBI and CNC Intelligence working to freeze the funds and possibly get them returned.

Zoomex does not illegally hold user funds. As per our policy, even in cases where a violation of our Terms of Service is found, users are still allowed to withdraw their own deposited funds.

If you're unable to withdraw a specific amount, it may be due to those funds not being part of your original deposit (e.g., promotional credits). If you believe there is an error, please contact support@zoomex.com and we will investigate your case thoroughly.
