Absolute scammers avoid!!! They offer one price then lower it to a third of that. Do not go anywhere near. Luckily I’m not desperate to sell.

Needed to sell my house quick as wasmoving out of the area. Nick was friendly and helpful from the beginning. Whole process was done in just over 2 weeks. Nick personally went above and beyond to assist in my personal circumstances. Thank you.

From the moment I spoke to Nicholas I felt good about the experience. I told him one of his competitors offered me X and then couldn’t meet that price .he asked what I wanted and I said near what they originally offered. We came to a price I was happy with.
I was put in contact with a solicitor by Nick who were great and again totally professional and helpful.

I had a problem with a lease issue that the original solicitor we used to purchase property got back in touch with and was hopeful of being able to sorting out once I made them aware I was not happy.

I explained this to Nickolas and even though we had started the process of selling to zoom properties . He was totally understanding of fact I could get more money for the property with the lease issue sorted and had no hesitation in allowing me to cancel the contract with zoom.
He has kept in touch and wished me luck in sale of property and has said any problems and he is more than happy to buy should the sale fall through..
What can I say except very very rare service, absolutely brilliant.

If you are looking for a quick sale from an ACTUAL CASH buyer then AVOID. Let me put you on to how this actually works because they wont tell you.

They instruct the solicitor to get you to sign a conditional contract which has an exteneded date (way past what you agreed) to send around RIC surveyors and other checks. The contract also states they can pull out of the sell without giving a reason.

Heres the kicker. They will put your property up for auction without telling you, as THEY DONT ACTUALLY HAVE THE CASH THEMSELVES TO BUY YOUR PROPERY!!!

Effectively they are the middle man. They work as an estate agent and take a big profit off the top. Check their financial records on companies house, they dont have the funds.

Just put your house up for auction and get all the money. Dont waste your time here with the middle man. You've been warned!

Avoid at all costs....this company as mentioned below told us that the sale turnaround would only take 4 weeks. After agreeing a price with their underwriters and spending so much time completing paperwork for the solicitor they decide to offer an unconditional offer based on surveys.
Fair enough but these surveys actually never took place and was all in their plan to bide time to look for potential buyers.
This became apparent when they collected the key for the said survey but then accidentally advised that the client didn't turn up to view.
After reaching the long stop date we were then advised that the underwriter had decided not to agree the initial purchase price due to a discrepancy with the precieved market value.
They then requested to continue looking for a potential buyer through their perceived network of investors.
They are complete time wasters who never mentioned from the off that this was the way they worked. Had we known we may as well have marketed the property ourselves as opposed to having it marketed on the unknown and spent the time looking for a new tenant.
They are time wasters who are just out to look for a potential property to flip to ensure they make a profit with a guaranteed sale from their side.

This company are absolutely appalling. Offered a very low price but said the process would be very quick. Many excuses. Solicitor off sick, solicitor on leave, unanswered calls, unanswered emails. Putting our property on various auction sites without our permission and for for extremely low guide price in the hope they can bid against an interested party to increase the price. In my opinion trying to sell before they buy. This practice has reduced the value of our property having left a very low price on a digital footprint.
They are a ruthless outfit, completely ignorant of their awful behaviour and completely dismissive of clients feelings and anxieties. Please do not touch this company. I was warned about them but thought that warning surely can't be the case. What an idiot I was. They are truly appalling and how they have been given some 5 stars is beyond me.
