Ordered weighting scales not received been over5 days.

I ordered 2 items from Wowcher that were returned back to Zoozio Ltd as I was not in to sign for them. The Courier Company would not accept another delivery address and returned them to Zoozia. The 0843 523 5307 telephone number that is on the web site is experiencing technical difficulties (for months by the look of it), I will try the 0843 289 2766 number - Watch this space. I did send an email and still no reply 3 weeks later. So basically they have my money and I have no goods. Be wary of this Company before ordering anything

I ordered a 50ft flat hose from wowcher deal. It was delivered within 3 days. But, it is a 15ft flat hose. I have tried to send email, it didn't send and I have tried to contact zoozio company by telephone and it says it's experiencing technical issues with phone. I want to return item as I need a 50ft hose.

ordered 50ft flat hose from said retailer via wowcher. nothing recieved no response to any query and contact us page keeps advising message un-deliverable at this time. Why Wowcher keep using this company amazes me.

Bought a wowcher for 7 piece pan set. It hasn't arrived. Zoozio are uncontactable. Customer service line is down, they don't answer emails and their contact sheet also won't send. Steer clear of this company. They will make a lot of money from companies like wowcher and aren't delivering the goods!

This has to be the worst company in the world! I have NEVER left a review before but just had to do it with this company. I bought a cutlery set of WOW\CHER from Zoozio and it is so badly made that the cutlery handles hare sharper than the knifes. UTTER RUBBISH. As for their customer service.... its as good as the cutlery I received. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

i bought a hover board via wowcher for my sons xmas present. after an hour of use it stoped and became red hot to the point it burnt my sons hand. ive been exchanging emails to and from wowcher and zoozio for over 4 weeks. after 20+ emails saying the same thing its been collected and now yodel say collection attempt failed yet theyve collected it. so now more emailing to zoozio to sort it out. when will i get my refund. shocking company!! shocking customer services!! shocking unsafe product!! ive reported them to the bbc watchdog there that bad!!!!!

I have purchase 4 pieces ceramic pots and pans. Their delivery was prompt and the quality of the products amazing. The price was also very good and the whole experience a bliss! I will buy from Zoozio again as I trust this supplier 100%.

Purchased a pan set and upon arrival many parts missing. Tried phoning but system problem stated. Tried filling in contact form " cannot send form at present please try again". After 5 attempts gave up. What customer service do you call this.

I bought a hoverboard for my daughter for a Christmas present, the charger failed to work after one day. I am still waiting for a new one.

this company does not reply to problems with their product, faulty goods and the contact page keeps saying try again later, I will make sure that I do not buy from this company

I don't think I have had a better service from any company before this one, my goods were damaged in transit. From my first email about the damage I found myself dealing with a company who's communication with their customers is second to none, I will definitely shop there again, thank you so much.

I purchased a Flat Hose Reel in April and paid £13.98p. In July it developed a fault and I contacted Zoozio. After no response from them I contacted Woucher and made my complaint through them. This is now August and they then asked for a picture of the fault which I sent. They then had the audacity to say that as a gesture of GOOD WILL as the product is out of warranty they would replace it if we sent it back at our EXPENSE!!!! I never requested a replacement I requested a refund. How after having a product for THREE months is it out of warranty I do not know. !! Why is Woucher still using this company. All I want is a refund as the product is not fit for purpose.

My purchase of a branch lopper was delivered by courier very quickly. I did have a problem with the product and emailed the company the following day. Communication was very good, the problem was resolved very efficiently, quickly and amicably.

Bought two sets of net solar lights last week and one does not work. Just called Customer Service who were very helpful and a replacement is on its way.

Bought a Fifth Gear 2 bike carrier from this company. Unfortunately, there are no assembly instructions and the device is a complicated mix of tubes, straps, screws and fittings. I tried to contact the company but they use a premium rate phone number. For an organisation that relies upon customers purchasing items, I find this unacceptable. Unfortunately, they don't appear to respond to emails. The item arrived was purchased though Ebay France and arrived rapidly. I took it back to the post office to return it as per my unanswered email but it will cost more to post than it is worth.

My advice to anyone contemplating using this shower of a so called company is don't bother.

Purchased shoe stretchers from this company via Wowcher, after 3 months items broke. When they eventually replied to my e mail after numberous attempts both by phone and e mail they asked me to send a picture, which i did, they then requested i return the items, but refused to pay for the cost of returning item which because of the size and weight would have cost more than the item at £7.99. What a rip off. Shocking customer service, they dont give a dam. You have been warned. Wowcher stop using this company.

Bought a car jump stater battery pack last December from them. After just 7 months it has packed in. They won't help, they say it's out of warranty. Amazon should dump them.

Supposedly heavy duty washing line supplied by Zoozio, collapsed after 4 months of use. They are refusing to replace it, rubbish company avoid at all costs.

I purchased a folding table and when it arrived the table was damaged. I contacted the company and within two days Sohieb emailed me back. He asked if I could send him photos as this would make the process quicker which I did. He then arranged with me a day the item could be collected and informed me that once the item was back with them they would send another table out to me. Sohieb kept me informed at all times, the table arrived a few days after the collection. What could have been a terrible experience turned out well thanks to Sohieb and the way he handled the situation. Thanks
