Replacement item

The item I ordered was not suitable so I requested a return. Zoreli offered a replacement free of charge which arrived quickly and is a perfect fit. Excellent service.

Be aware

Saw a jacket quite nice want to know the size more detail , on their website only show S M or L . buying something abroad we all want to make sure it fits and avoid return process cos it takes times . Sent two email to ask them for their jacket size guide that was 5 days ago , no communication at all wonder why have 4star reviews
