Exemple of good service

The driver was well on time (even a little early) He was correctly dressed, clean and polite. He started to unload the rented furniture and installed it - tested it. All this took max 20 minutes, incl explanations for the use and points to respect. He took all packing materials back to the truck. We wanted to show our respect for his work (offering a cup of coffee in the morning; he apologized - no time - up to the next customer.

High quality bed delivered &installed professionally

The bed was delivered and installed in a professional way in time and in line with was upfront communicated. It's a beautiful luxurious bed with all the required options for a person who needs care.
I hope I do not need it anymore in future but in case I do, I would definitely use and recommend your services again.

It's been the second time now that I've…

It's been the second time now that I've ordered a hospital bed from Zorgpunt. I'm very happy with the service rendered! The mattres and bed are very clean and in perfect working condition. The gentleman who installed the bed was very friendly and efficient. It took him no time to set it all up. I will definitely make use of zorgpunt again in the future.

Normally we had asked for a hospital…

Normally we had asked for a hospital bed somewhere else but they couldn't bring one in time ( they didn't put the order in on time) so I called zorgpunt and the delivered a bed the same day.. very happy with the service... very well organised...
