Item was falsely advertised
Item was falsely advertised. Zoro agreed and agreed to a refund but after 6 emails promising that refund and several phone calls I have still not been refunded and I bought it 2 months ago. I am instead getting the run around by phone and my emails are now being ignored. I do not believe they are a good company.

I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item. I ordered a BRASS nipple, but received a GALVANIZED STEEL nipple. I'll see if it works for what I need, but a brass pipe is what I paid for, and would be preferable.

Our deep freezer quit working and my…
Our deep freezer quit working and my husband was able to determine the refrigeration control switch was bad. We googled the part which came up on EBay and Zoro. I ordered it on 5/19/26, and it was delivered on 5/21/26. He put the part on and the freezer is working again, all for less than $20. Great service.

Beware of temporary duplicate charges to your form of payment
I placed my first order for tools on their site and waiting for the merchandise. The broad selection of items was impressive. The downside is they charge you twice - for the initial order, and then a duplicate charge for parts of the order. I called customer service and they said it was because parts of the order are sourced from different places. The original charge will "fall off" and then just the partial charges will remain - adding up to your original order correctly, but tying up your credit line for double the correct amount in the meantime (10 days). It's an inefficient system that penalizes the customer and for that reason I would not place an order here again.

I was happy with the company but dissatisfied with the delivery
I was very happy with the product and the prompt shipping. The item was exactly as advertised, and I would have gladly given Zoro a five-star rating.
Unfortunately, the delivery service hired by Zoro failed to follow very simple delivery instructions. I suggest Zoro contact the carrier regarding this issue. The delivery person either ignored the instructions or did not read them.
I have a large, clearly visible sign on my front door that reads: “Please put all mail and packages in the tan milk chute next to the side door. → → → Thank you.”
Because those instructions were not followed, I lowered my rating to three stars.

I found just the parts I needed (metric, hard to find) on Zoro's website. It was easy to order and pay for, and they arrived at my house in just two days. I paid a very small shipping fee. Including shipping, I paid about 30% less than W**m**t would have shipped it to me for free!
