The product is misleading
The product is misleading. The jacket only glows with flash photos not reflective at night in the streets. My son was really disappointed so a waste of money.

No the jacket it not misleading, it clearly states in the product description on the website that the reflective colours show under certain lightning like camera flash. It is NOT glow in the dark and never claimed to be. We're not entirely sure how you expect colours to show at night when in the street as the jacket is also NOT battery powered.
To leave a 1 star review because you & your son never read or understood how the product works is very unfair.
We also have a 7 day refund policy, so had you & your son really been that disappointed you could have contacted us and sent it back for a refund. However you did not and this is the first time we have heard from you.
If there is one thing that is actually misleading...it is your review.

Zoron never disappoints!
This is my second purchase, and once again, they’ve managed to impress me. The shipping is super fast, even outside the UK, and the packaging is always on point.
The jacket I bought is fantastic. At first glance, it appears white, but when the light hits it, there’s a striking reflective effect that really stands out. The fabric is top-notch, and the finishes, seams, and details are flawless. The fit is spot-on, accentuating the shoulders and back for a more muscular appearance. My brother, who’s quite slim, looks more muscular in it, and he couldn’t be happier with his purchase. The prices seem quite reasonable/low considering the high quality!
I also have to mention the customer service, which is a solid 10/10. I reached out for care instructions, and they responded quickly and thoroughly, answering all my questions about washing. This is the kind of shopping experience I appreciate!
I’ve already added the same jacket in black to my cart because I know it’s going to look incredible!
