This is amazing 👏🏽 I've used it twice now, and my goodness, I feel like a did a whole workout and I've worn it twice for 12 minutes on level 1 of the 4 levels once a day and it says 2 to 3 times a day its quite amazing. 10/10. Won’t give me a refund and asked for pictures of my body!

This is the worst company to buy from. They say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee but I have been emailing them back and forth for weeks now and they’re doing everything they can to not give me a refund! They’ve even requested I send photos of my body before and after to their warehouse team so they can so if there’s been progress or not!!! How inappropriate!! Is there a complaints email does anyone know?

This is a complete scam. They don't honour their refund policy. They keep deleting comments off their social media channels of people that had real experiences and have requested refunds that they won't give. You can get the same stuff off Shein for £8. This company are a disgrace. Don't waste your money

Love it !!

Zorvera device

I purchased the Zorvera device and a course I had a few questions on how to use it . It really didn’t come with a whole lot of instructions. However when I send out an email to the company they did respond very quickly and send me a link to a video on how to properly use the device that was very helpful . I had to reach out again for another question and they responded very quickly again to my question. I am very pleased that they answered me right away .

I’d give ZERO stars if I could

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a complete scam. I ordered a unit and instantly regretted ordering it within 10 minutes so I reached out to them for a cancellation LITERALLY WITHIN 10 MINUTES! Instead of refunding me the money they start coming up with excuses and being pushy stating I should still try the product. I have sciatic nerve damage and came upon reviews that the unit actually made peoples back pain worse. The company started giving me the runaround. Saying the process orders fast (I ordered it at 10 PM so they definitely didn’t process and ship it within 10 min at nighttime…) it’s now been on going since 7/16/24 and they’re STILL NOT REFUNDING ME and just arguing with me via email daily since my first email on 7/16/24! Now they keep emailing me that they need to charge me $15 for “processing fees”… when NOTHING HAS BEEN PROCESSED! I will be submitting formal complaints to BBB and FTC. This is a scam!!

Replacement of product

There was some sort of defect with my product and I was able to easily get it replaced. They did ask for a video of the product not working which makes sense and I felt it was an easy process to get this item replaced.

I would give no stars if I could! Total scam, item stopped working very quickly and after emailing back and forth they said I’m not entitled to a replacement or refund as you can only get that within 4 days of receiving! Nothing like advertised, don’t waste your money

Slightly delayed confidence boost

Ordered by curiosity but what I received was far from what was advertised. Don't really feel anything at the low setting, and she I increase them they actually hurt my lower back?! Also had a lovely burn from their product. Emailed immediately demanding a refund as part of their 30days money back guarantee and have been ignored. Going to go through my bank to sort it as this is not only false advertising it is actually dangerous! DO NOT BUY!

Absolute scam guys please do not order…

Absolute scam guys please do not order anything from here, the product that arrived was flimsy and honestly looks like it’s worth a couple of pounds!
Didn’t even work properly felt like a tiny zap, I work in beauty and this is definitely not what they are advertising.
I emailed and said it wasn’t working properly and would like to return for a refund but they have refused.
Absolute joke.
