Don't waste your money on this company. Bought an 8 channel NVR with 4 cameras and only lasted 2 years working very poorly and mediocre service. After 3 weeks of trying to contact someone they say tge systems only last 2 years and they didn't even have the update program available. I have ring and Hk cameras in other house and work perfect after almost 4 years. Very bad company and service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I set up an account but now I can't log into the DVR. My computer and My phone can see the cameras but I can't log into the dvr. I went to service or support asking for a super password but no reply. It worked great when I set it up but now is useless.

Bought the zosi 8 channel and 8 camera system due to the price and return policy. The cameras are supposed to be already setup so just plug and play. Out of the box only 1 camera out of 8 connected. The instructions online show where to reset the camera. The button does not exist on the camera. Good thing I purchase it from eBay. Already box up to return it. The DVR system is identical to another camera system I have and was going to replace it with zosi so I am very familiar with how to manually set up the cameras. Couldn't even get them to work that way. If you are techy and just want something to play around with ( which I don't have the time to that anymore) this is a great system for you. If you are looking for a plug and play system look elsewhere.

We had this ZOSI 4x camera security system installed in 2019, it was fine on the monitor and both our phones for about 3 weeks.
Since then we have had problems with everything especially the ZOSI phone apps.
We got the system so we could check our cameras remotely......but go as far as down the road and it seems to not know what it is doing or rather meant to be doing.
It constantly stops recording on the system and the app it is random, one day it records, next day it stops at say 13:35 on any camera or all 4x, sometimes it doesn't record at all or on just 1x camera. We have changed/replaced just about every part of the system to no avail.
ZOSI has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP IN THE UK at all. It has no security st all by telephone. What it does have is a Bot that asks you what the problem is and then gives you pages and pages of possible answers, my recent problem came up with 74 different answers. We need to bin the lot and replace but we cannot afford it. Please do not buy anything with ZOSI on it.

My experience with Zosi is very disappointing, the system is too expensive and is not durable, first 3of the 8 cameras broke then the NVR went in all in less than 2 years and am unable to talk to people through them as stated. I think most of the reviews posted online is paid or made up by the company

Zosi is your typical Chinese manufacturer/seller who flog their Chinese rubbish quality junk and then run away when it breaks within 2 years. If I knew this was a Chinese seller and manufacturer I would never have ordered this kit. Zosi themselves state they wash their hands off any responsibility over the quality of their product (See screen shoot of email attached).
I ordered this cctv system for £400 on 19th August 2022 for our new home, but didn't install it until 29th May 2023. First problem straight away was the recording box was faulty brand new out of the box. Was constantly crashing and would not work. Had to get a replacement from Zosi. Warning signs were already there that the system is rubbish quality if the recording box was already faulty from new.
Now 2 weeks ago one of the four CCTV cameras has packed up and stopped working after only 15 months of use. Contacted Zosi again and they couldn't care less. Just fobbed me off and told me to buy another camera (these are over £60 each). I threatened to leave negative reviews, and suddenly their tone changed claiming they'll "help find a solution". Time wasting lies as they then just told me to buy a new camera again. Here's what they said in their own words " Although it is frustrating to have a problem with the device, it does not mean that I or my company is responsible for the quality of the product. The life of the device is limited". Zosi do not care about the poor quality of their product, that's in their own words.
I've questioned Zosi's support team multiple times if they deem it acceptable that a £400 system fails twice within 15 months of use. They have refused to comment every time.
Avoid these clowns. Buy a better brand and quality CCTV system elsewhere. If I knew this one was Chinese at the time of ordering, I wouldn't have bought it. Waste of £400 + time installing it all, as I'll now need to buy a better quality system and replace it all, as the rest of the system will most likely fail in the near future.

I recently purchased a CCTV system and then changed my mind; whilst a bit of a faff trying to return and obtain the return mail labels, none the less, I was refunded and they accepted the return (in the UK). It's difficult to say (reading the above reviews), if it would have happened had I not chose to pay in three interest instalments through 'Klarna', so was double protected? Either way, thank you, I am a happy customer!!

I have had to purchase at least 6 new cameras as the original 8mp ones failed now some of the new ones are starting to be problematic, not a quality system and searching for events not good, will replace with different make system shortly, save your money

I have gone through all kinds of brands and these are by far the best I’ve had!! I got the 5MP with audio and JUST WOW!!!!! I put these in my home and my business and I have not only experienced crystal clear audio but also crystal clear video!!
THE ONLY DOWNFALL, is the night vision is not in color, it’s an off color but not grey however the night vision quality is still pretty darn good!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Considering a Zosi purchase…DON’T
For anyone considering a Zosi purchase I suggest you reconsider. I don’t enjoy writing reviews but what Zosi did to me is unbelievable…
Abbreviated version is I bought a new NVR and 4 Camera WiFi set. Within 6 months the NVR died and they sent me a replacement. However, after 15 hours of my time troubleshooting why my cameras weren’t being acknowledged by the new NVR I learned the model they sent was not compatible with the cameras.
After hours of emailing back and forth and because the support is so bad, they agreed they sent me an NVR that won’t work with the cameras.
To make things “right” they offered me a $50 discount for buying a new set! WHAT? I have spent $350 on an NVR and Camera set, you send me an incompatible NVR, and now you want me to spend more money?
After more hours of emails back and forth they agreed to send me a new NVR and 4 Camera set that we identified on the Amazon/Zosi store valued at $219. They asked that I ship them my NVR (brand new yet not compatible with the cameras) and the 4 cameras and upon receipt, they will send me this new set.
Guess what? I shipped - they received. Instead of keeping there word and shipping me the replacement, Zosi sends me this:
“Steve, since the order is over a year old and 6 months past its shelf life, we are unable to send the set as replacement for you.”
Zosi now has the brand new NVR I sent back plus my 4 C188 cameras yet they are going back on their word
to make this right by sending me a replacement set.
Instead, the email says “send us another $100 bucks and we will follow through on our agreement”.
So, I have experienced constant incompetence with Zosi support and now their personnel have not kept their word (lied) in a written agreement we have.
Still want to buy a Zosi product? Good luck with “saving money” buying a Zosi system.

Cameras are worthless!!! I had issues not too long after they were installed, & just after the 1 year period the video never came back. So I find out that the wires are burnt out, so I messaged Zosi, hoping they would help me. Instead they wasted 3 weeks of my time, only to tell me that they couldn't do anything because I'm past the 1 year mark. The cameras are clearly defective to begin with. The cords are all twisted inside, they should have never even passed inspection & been shipped!!! Waste of time & money!
Oh yeah and now they won't stop harassing me via email! They told me they can't help me, and I've already told them to F off and leave me alone at least twice, and yet they keep emailing me!!! They're actually trying to get me to buy another camera from them?!? I already told them there's no way, and at this point they are harassing me!!!

The ZOSI camera works very well when old videos are removed.You got to delete videos. The drive is only so big and the videos keep come. If your DVR not replaying take some time and remove all your videos back as for as you can and start over. Every day you need to deleted videos. Do not wait for something to happen a week later you check it and video will not replay. Watch/Check and delete watch /check and delete. Hope this help someone it did helped me.Thank you

The worst security system, the worst purchase I've ever made, it works well. 6, 8 months later, none of the cameras in the original system work well, I've had to buy 4 more cameras, and pay extra for everything... don't buy this crap.
DO NOT order from this ‘company’
Ordered a set of 4 cctv cameras costing hundreds of pounds. 2 of the cameras broke within 1 week! I reported this immediately, to request a return and ask for replacements. However, I was asked to complete endless tests to ‘check’ the cameras. Which was not easy, as I had to keep taking the cameras down from outside of my house on the top floor and going into my loft to disconnect them etc. During this time, I wanted to leave them up as a deterrent, even though the cameras didn’t work. This was never ending and went on for weeks.
They then requested I send a video proving no matter ‘checks’ I did the cameras were broken. Which I sent and the company admitted the cameras were faulty. But, instead of agreeing to send replacements, I was told to order parts from them! On the basis, they might refund me for the parts, if it got the cameras to work. I was told I essentially was responsible for fixing them. I finally threatened to contact trading standards and told them I was within my consumer rights. After over a month and a half of endless checks and emails, they said they’d send replacement cameras. I still had to wait days for information to return them and contacted them on multiple occasions for this information. The returns process was a nightmare, with requests of me videoing putting the cameras in a box, giving them to the courier and sending 2 cameras in separate parcels for some reason when they were part of a set.
I wish I’d never ordered the cameras and would never order again, not sure how they can even call themselves a company. It’s more of a scam.

Bought this camera system to watch and protect my mother with dementia. Waste of money as the system totally fails. Constantly saying more than one watching feedback though it's only me. Don't waste your money on this product. Usless from day one.
