Don't waste your time
I've had a 4ch 1080p DVR with 4 cameras for around 3 years.
After 2 months one camera stopped working. I got in touch and they sent me a 720p, not a 1080p camera. They then refunded about £20.
Another month on, the mouse broke, think they refunded me about £10.
After about 8 months, the unit will randomly reset. Will stop recording for up to an hour then bee and restart. Not ideal! It's been doing every so often since.
Tried a new HDD, even tried fitting a big fan to keep it cool. No luck, the issues is software based and they don't care.
Not isolated incident either, I know other people with these and they do the same.
Now their app for a mac has stopped woking out of nowhere, the issue is with their servers. Have contacted them, they respond but have no idea what they are doing and apparently their developers don't either.
Honestly, don't bother with ZOSI, it'll just be a headache.

Bought this zosi DVR System a few years ago, first cctv system I had bought and installed and for the off it was no where near as good as a similar brand a family member had bought only a few weeks earlier but I thought I’d try the slightly less expensive system and wish I had paid the few extra pounds!!
I’ve had nothing but trouble with the DVR, gone though 5 hard drives in the time yet no issues for my in laws
Using the system is not the best and is pretty poor, the tutorial videos on YT are not English but I suppose visually ok!
The image is below par and can’t read a number plate or make out faces
Overall after having enough today buying my last hard drive and dumping the system in the bin because there is still mahout issues it gets a - out of 10 from me… pay just that little bit more and get a reliable system
I forgot my password.
I forgot my password to get into the main menu. I made contact with John he was very good and quick with replies even though it was on a Saturday afternoon. It took around 2hours from start to finish to get me into the menu.I can’t thank him enough for his help.

I have zosi security system which I have been very happy with up until now the two plug that connect to the mains one has exploded outwards.
So I have turned the machine off and will be getting in touch with health and safety as there was a likely hood of the plug catching fire I have pictures of the item ,but these thes connection plugs need to be checked more thoroughly

Cameras Quit In Less Than A Year
I have had the cameras less than a year. The power went out three weeks ago and the cameras have not worked since. I have tried to get technical support numerous times. I have checked the Zosi website and this camera is no longer available. The technical support either does not understand what I am asking, doesn't know the answer, or just doesn't care. Technical support is worthless.

I bought a 8ch zosi camera system. The price was very affordable. Was surprised the quality of camera video is so good. Very easy to install and set up. And plenty of technology information on the web about the system. Any questions I had I could look up and find the answer. I highly recommend this brand. The quality is well worth the price. I would definitely buy this brand again. I use to install security cameras for a living and this system equals the quality of systems we installed commercially.

I ordered the six Zosi indoor/outdoor weather proof Cameras. They work great both during the day and night! The quality is great and its easy to set up and get up and running. Customer service is great and the cameras are great. Thank you Zosi for the peace of mind!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Had a difficult time getting a return label within 30 or 60 days window. Still waiting. Do not answer the phone. Keep asking you to send them the same information. I have sent pictures, order number, ID number and still no resolution. i will get money back even if I have to wrote to some one. I am trying to return the items..

Resetting camera password
I had a problem that I forgot my password. I got in touch with Zosi and very quickly they sent me a code to reset it. That worked perfectly. Did have problems setting up but again Zosi got me through that, it was something ide done. I've had no other issues with the camera's or their recordings. Would recommend them and the after sales service.

After purchasing my Zosi 8 camera dvr I had a change of plans and didn't get it installed for nearly two years.
Zosi has a robust password on startup so I contacted customer support.
I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my problem. The system is up and running just fine now.

Had a problem getting into my recorder because it would not accept my password. I contacted John with customer service and received fast and knowledgeable service and got it resolved quickly.
