This casino does not pay out winnings

This casino does not pay out winnings. I have a fully verified account, but they still find ways to delay my withdrawals and won't give any reason as to why. However, when my account wasn't verified, they responded very quickly by cancelling my withdrawals but now, with a fully verified account, they take weeks to process and approve withdrawals.

It's ridiculous. I was trying to withdraw 300 in winnings recently, and it was taking forever. Finally after six days of waiting, I decided to contact them to ask what was taking so long. Customer service was useless and said they can't provide timeframes. I asked, "so, it could take a year?" and they just repeated they can't provide a timeframe for withdrawals.

Avoid. Even if you win, they won't pay you. I've dealt with shadier casinos without licences before, and even they paid out quicker than Zotabet.

Terrible online casino.

They are happy to let you deposit and spend money but when it comes to paying out, they won't.

I had a 15 email exchange just to try and change my address for account verification. Each time they said something different or I was missing something. Never giving me the whole information.

When I finally got my account verified I played multiple games but when I wanted to cash out, I was told I had to wager 3x my deposit amount meaning I had to bet $800+ dollars before they'd let me withdraw!!!!!

Obviously I lost it all didn't I. Bunch of crooks. They say in their emails that they're so passionate about trying to help but they do nothing but add hoop after hoop to make life difficult for you.
