Not as good as shiny advertisements
Bought beard oil with the hope fragrance will be stronger and lasting longer however after some time the „after scent” when strength fading away is not as nice and luxurious. Bought 50ml bottle in the retailer with good discount. Massive minus - bottle having just cap and separately added drops pipette. What a faff!! When you finish applying you’ll staying with greasy pipette with no place to put safely (made of glass) as no screw in so normal cap needs go again to close the bottle. Very poor design. Not to mention about huuuge box holding just small bottle with droplet device. What a waste of space and resources. With my length/density of beard I measure oil in pumps rather than drops. Well overpriced. Wouldn’t pay full price for 50ml.

Incredibly poor customer service from…
Incredibly poor customer service from this company, I ordered two men perfumes, but I only received one,I emailed them several occasions explaining the issue however they kept repeatedly asking what was missing which was annoying, it was simple matter to resolve but there communication or lack of understanding is poor, then after all of that they sent out the wrong perfume!!! Eventually I did receive the correct perfume after two weeks of explaining , in addition everyone got their own opinions but the perfumes weren't as great as the glossy advertisements suggest but as mentioned that a matter of opinion, wish them all the best in future

I first tried Zousz a few years ago and it was good, I had a problem with the balm that they sent me, there was no scent, they replaced it and put it down to a faulty batch, I've just received beard oil, beard balm and the elixir and I have to say they really have up'd their game, all the products smell amazing, well done to everyone involved with Zousz, I'll definitely be ordering more.

Your product is absolutely first class and total value for money . I wore the beard oil and spray on Saturday to a party, and without any exaggeration must have had at least 30 people ask what it was.
And I still smelt of it the next day.

Great products, great service
I've been using ZOUSZ for a while. I've tried the black oud, the gold oud and the beard oil. Honestly, the scents are amazing. I'm always getting compliments when wearing either one. The beard oil smells exactly the same. If you use beard oil you'll know that the last thing you want is one which is greasy and doesn't smell good. The ZOUSZ beard oil is the complete opposite. It smells great and doesn't leave a greasy look. I have the beard balm too which is just as great. Not only the products but the service is excellent too. On the occasions I've ordered or my wife has ordered for me, the products arrive within a few days. They respond to emails in a timely manner and are always helpful. I couldn't recommend ZOUSZ enough!

I don’t think there will be enough space to write how fond I genuinely am of this company. Both in terms of their incredible products and their exceptional customer service.
I first purchased their beard balm as I have quite a thick beard. Without a doubt the best beard balm I have used. I loved the quality and the smell of the black oud.
I then purchased their beard oil. I was then impressed once again at the quality and thickness of the oil. The packaging Zousz uses for all their items is very luxurious and stylish.
My third order there happened to be some complications. Not to worry as the Zousz team shipped out a replacement free of charge. Then unfortunately there was some further complications and I insisted on returning the product for a replacement.
The incredible team (shout out to Alex) refused to allow me to return the item and instead send me another replacement free of charge.
What can I say other than I will be a customer for life!
