Wonderful products, honestly really exceeded my expectations. The packaging was immaculate and the products are extremely good. I’ve been using beard products for the more than 8 years now and this is by far the best i have came across. The oil and balm scents are on point, the softness and shine they give the beard are also on point. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

This product is great I bought it for my husband and a present for my brother in law both say it’s of high Quality compared to the rest, the scent lasts all day.
The only comment for improvement is the Gold oud oil glass dropper. When you remove the sealed top and put the glass dropper to pick up the oil, you can’t then seal with the dropper as the head bit is smaller and there is no twist on the lid, like the other bottle. You have to take it out place the lid and either wipe the dropper with paper or put it on the side but then you get bits of oil wherever you place it.

The balm I ordered was sent very promptly so the service was very good. However, the beard balm was a gift from my daughter to her father and it was advertised in a very good box and packaging but when it arrived it was just the tub on its own with no box or any outer packaging which made it look cheap. Hence I having given it 3 stars as this was disappointing

I have been using Zousz Black Oud products on my beard for years, the quality is superb, and the smell is divine, I have yet to try Gold Oud, but when I do I'm sure I won't be disappointed. 10/10.

Arrived quickly; both smell exceptionally good. Strong in that the scent can be smelled even through the container, yet subtle in that it isn't overpowering. Fragrant with a slight spice to it; reminiscent of something exotic. All natural ingredients as well. Recommended.

This is the best smelling beard oil I've found. I love it so much I've already ordered the balm and spray. The balm scent isn't as strong or long lasting but still nice. I've not received the spray yet but I have very high hopes.

Ordered the black oud balm and I am extremely disappointed considering what I paid for it. This is the result of false online advertising where hype is created. The balm has a pleasant smell but it does not last the hour. There are far better long lasting products in the market for a significantly lower price. However, the issue was resolved promptly to my satisfaction.
