I purchased quite a few interactive bracelets as Christmas gifts. They went over in spectacular fashion! The interactive capabilities, beauty, style and the touching uplifting messages with different personalities in mind. I have come back to the website today to make additional purchases! Excellent customer service. They were quick to respond to my exchange request and actually gave me shop credit to buy the right items without having me return the items and saved me time and trouble. Excellent Product and Customer Service
I ordered some Bible verse bracelets as Christmas gifts. When the package arrived, not all items were in it. Frankly, it looked like it had come open during shipment and been taped back together. I contacted the company via email and explained what I received and what I had not and that it was a Christmas gift. They reshipped not only what I was missing, but the entire order and included an add-on to convert it to a keychain. They shipped it two-day air so I received it in time to gift. The recipient loved them and so did I. I kept one of the extra ones and gave the rest of them to the recipient who may give some to friends--spreading the word.

ZOX is the best company I have ever purchased from. One, I love the products especially the interactive bracelets!! I have started collecting the bracelets and have given some to friends that love them too! Two, the people that own and work there are amazing!!! I have received such sweet and personable emails from them welcoming me to the family!! I totally recommend ZOX as the BEST!!

We love our zox bracelets. We figured we'd order one and be done, however we loved them so much that we ordered for friends and family...and a few more for ourselves. It's a wonderful product. Customer service is pretty awesome too.

Quality Products; Beautiful Vision
I've ordered from ZOX at least 3 separate times now. Each time my experience has been absolutely perfect. I sent a communication to them regarding their company and immediately got a personal and thorough response. I've also adjusted an order (my mistake) and received the same timely and thorough response.
