It doesn’t always “connect” when tapping it with my iPhone 14MaxPro. It annoys me but will eventually come up with a Bible verse. “Patience is a virtue!” I did watch the video on how to operate the bracelet.

I had an issue applying zox points to an order & customer service was able to take care of it easily & quickly!

I was having difficulty using my rewards points and reached out to customer service. They responded almost immediately and took care of the issue I was having. I love the bracelets and the positive messages. What a nice gift they make

This was a perfect gift for my sister and the cross charm made her braclet very special. She just had a barn fire and lost her two horse that she loved so much. The design of dandelions on the braclet was special to her.

Ordered and got a picture that it was sent to a different house. I wrote to them and they send they’d send another but they mailed it to a different address. I have about 30 ZOX and I was truly disappointed how this was handled.

High Quality products that my kids enjoy wearing. Great Customer Service as well.

Ordered an angel wing band as I've recently had a very hard loss, it went past the delivery slot, I contacted them and they immediately sent out another order, beautiful item and absolutely lovely people and amazing customer service, will be looking at what else you have.
Highly reccomend if you're after something different from some lovely people. Xx

Zox has been in my life since 2018, and the company has so many great customer service reps, as well as their company owners are involved and interact with Zox followers on many platforms including facebook! The braclets (they call them bands) are pertinent to many different things a person is or could be going through, and the interactive bands are AWESOME!

ZOX is always quick and efficient when replying to emails sent to them. I had to email them twice you help and they always got back with a solution with in a day or two.

Dhl lost the package. Customer service took care of it quickly.

I was gifted a ZOX bracelet by my eldest daughter and love it. However at first could not get the Bible verses to pop up on my Android phone. I reached out for help on the website and following their directions to enable the NFC function and where that's located on my phone, I now enjoy inspiring messages whenever I need one. Thanks ZOX

I jad reached out to Zox many months ago because I loved their watch bands but they didn't offer it for a Pixel watch. Much to my delight, they now have a pixel adapter for their watch bands so of course I ordered a band and an adadpter (which was free with the band). When I put it on, I couldn't get one piece to click into place. I reached out and by the next day, I had an email and a new order number because they sent me a new adapter. Xox is very customer focused and always quick to respond. GREAT COMPANY :)

I have engage with Zox via the browser, the app, facebook group and support (email). I find their products are so useful in assisting with my own general wellbeing journey. That isn’t the central theme of the company but they do genuinely care about people. This has been shown to me the most in interaction with the support team (email) who have never yelled at me or made me feel guilty but have actually listened to me, they’ll explain anything needed, take note as needed and provide recommendations as needed. To me a product can be great but support isn’t. In this case I have found that both the products and the service support as needed is provided well and I’m grateful for this companies role in my life.

The customer service at ZOX is excellent, they go above and beyond. That is not a common thing anymore nowadays. It is refreshing!!
