ZOX support was absolutely amazing. I placed an order and realized the shipping address was wrong due to Google Pay autofill. They explained the situation clearly, tried to intercept the shipment with DHL, and when it couldn’t be updated, they still made it right by creating a new order to the correct address and covering the shipping as a courtesy. Super responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. This is how customer service should be. Highly recommend!

I've ordered a lot of things from Zox including multiple hoodies, watch bands, bracelets, etc. I tell anyone who will listen about zox brand and have gotten so many people into the bracelets and hoodies it's wonderful! Quality is wonderful, the hoodie pockets are beyond wonderful and my absolute favorite to carry my phone and not worry about it falling out due to its size, the push pockets are incredible!

I have ordered several Zox wristbands over the years. The quality and care put into their products is outstanding. My only issue recently was I ordered a watch band (which I have never ordered before from Zox). I very much love the design but unfortunately the watch band is too wide for my Fitbit versa 3. The website does say that the watch band I ordered is compatible with the versa 3 but unfortunately the band itself is wider than the adapters for the watch so I was unable to use the watch band. Zox gave a full refund after I explained the situation. I will definitely continue to order from Zox in the future.

I had made a mistake on an order. So, I contacted CS. Within minutes they responded with the correction for me! Wow! That was some great service and response time! I really appreciate the great CS and products of Zox! Top notch! Thank you.

I was having issues with the chip in my bracelet but i reached out to customer service to inform them of my issues (hopefully just so they were aware and could fix the issue) and to my surprise, they replaced all bracelets having issues at no cost to me. I will definitely be purchasing more after this wonderful customer service! Thank you!

Zox has amazing products, but even better customer service. They answer your inquiries quickly; no muss, no fuss. They always resolve your issues. More companies should be like them.

My bestdriend gifted this to me when i needed it the most. I had problems all day trying to get it to link . I even sent in a request or a chat I guess and they responded within 24 hours and by that time I had got it to work. This is helping me through grief, recovery from emotional abuse and everything that comes along with menopause and death.

I can't afford the bracelets, but when I e-mailed with a question, I got the fastest respinse time and this company was so helpful.

Great inspirational lift when needed the most!

I absolutely love my ZOX Bible verse bracelet. The quality is beautiful, comfortable to wear, and feels very well made. When I received my package, it was tore open the booklet was there the bracelets were gone. When I reached out to Zox's, they were quick to respond and follow up, replacing the missing/stolen bracelets. I look forward to doing business in the near future. By near I mean this week.

My original order got lost in the mail and they were so quick to respond. Bible verse bracelet is lovely and I'm ordering another with keychain attachment.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! I just LOVE this product. I got them for my grown kids for Christmas to give them encouragement while in college and they LOVED them too. Their customer services is amazing! It's great when good companies succeed! I would encourage you to check them out!

Company has an excellent product...and when I messed up an address, I sent them an email with my order number and it was fixed within an hour and gave me peace of mind that my purchase would get to my recipient. Love when a company can hold down their own fort so gracefully.
