Golden shop.
They were truly the pioneers in Bulgaria with such products. There is a large selection, their website is nice, and their communication is on point.
But the prices... Their prices are astronomical!
Only for the rich (but if they had made it a boutique store), that's why I can't give them all the stars.

Very Unreliable & Inefficient
I always get the same excuse when I contact Zoya about an order not being delivered when it is due. I placed the order on Saturday 8 June, and on Wednesday 12 June when I phoned to see where it was, and why the courier hadn't brought it, on either the Monday or Wednesday delivery days, I was told that it was lost and that it would definitely be here today, which is Friday 14 June late afternoon. This scenario has happened numerous times over the last few years, the customer service matters are not dealt with on a sufficiently professional level. Which is a great pity because their products are excellent.

We began buying organic dried prunes direct from Zoya in Bulgaria about two years ago, using Paypal for payment. Delivery has always been rapid and customer service is 100%. Thank you - you are one of our favourite suppliers.

A great source of organic foods, supplements, and products in Bulgaria. Impressively each time I ordered online from them they delivered to the econt office the very next day. 24 hour delivery in Bulgaria! Wow.
