Great Overall Experience

We've been working with zservicedesk for a while now, and overall, its been a very positive experience. From the begining, their team took the time to understand our specific requirements and offered a solution that actually aligned with our processes, rather than something generic.
The team is responsive, approachable, and clear in their communication. The platform itself has improved our visibility and streamlined several internal workflows. While there are always small areas where any service can continue to evolve, we're genuinely satisfied with the value and support we've received so far.
