I received what I paid for, the product exceeded my expectations and the delivery was very good.

This is one of the top wig companies available, and their customer service was excellent.

I bought hair from zsf hair ,and I couldn’t stop looking at the hair .

My hair is so soft and full I ordered a 13x6 HD lace frontal wig 30” and 250% density. I definitely got my money’s worth and I will be ordering hair from you guys again

I stand by my first comment whereas I changed it to 1 star because this wig is totally trash(zero is not an option) - I couldn’t deal with it anymore ..2weeks the shedding & tangles I was over it & it looks better in the trash! CS contacted me via text requesting me to contact the warehouse LMAO that’s so not my job to contact THEIR warehouse on how THEY made a trash wig!

This is literally the best hair company. I always buy from them and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I recommend this company to all my friends and they all love them too. They have a forever client.

The hair soft true to length love the flow sheds a little bit but over all the hair is good quality

The lace is definitely HD and the wig was true to length! I ordered the 250% density and my wig was SUPER thick! Definitely worth the purchase!! The customer service is also really good and they respond asap!!

The hair is amazing I’ve purchased over 10 wigs from them minimal shedding you can bleach do whatever you want, after a while you can replace the frontal it’s still good as new !!!

Wig is tangling like crazy and is not a glueless at all.

If you are looking for a wig that's quick and easy to apply and won't lift halfway through the day avoid this website at all costs. I have bought cheap Alieexpress wigs that were better quality.

One thing I will say is that it is quite full and true to length. However it getting tangled so easily cancels out the positives.

Update: They left a comment below attempting to pretend to solve the issue but they have not responded to my email. They were very quick to respond when it came to me initially purchasing! Stay away!!

Hair was 10/10. Lace was thin and melted seamlessly. Kept the curls so well and no shedding with the 613. I can’t wait for my next unit❤️

Absolutely obsessed with this wig! The quality is amazing, super soft, full, and looks so natural. The fit is perfect and comfortable, and the colour is great. It honestly exceeded my expectations.

The wig itself is super pretty and very high quality. The lace is transparent and you can tell the hair is 100% real human hair. It literally looks like its growing out of my scalp 😍 The reason I decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a frw issues with the delivery, but I'm not sure wether the ZSFHAIR or FedEx is responsible for that issue. Overall I am super happy with the wig and I feel like its a steal considering the price is not as high as some other, maybe even lower quality wigs on the market. :)

Now, let’s talk about the hair itself — WOW! The quality completely exceeded my expectations. The lace is a beautiful 13x13 transparent lace that blends seamlessly with my skin and looks incredibly natural once installed. The hair is true to length ( I got a 28” loose wave which absolutely could pass off as a 30”) unbelievably soft, and had no strange smell whatsoever, which is always a huge plus. As soon as I washed and styled it, I could tell this was premium quality hair. The curls held perfectly and stayed bouncy and full of life even after styling — absolutely stunning.

Overall, I am beyond happy with both the exceptional customer service and the amazing product quality. ZSF Hair has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
