Zuant has exceeded our expectations - excellent company and very nice user friendly app. Zuant is a great partner and has helped us solve many solutions to challenges we've had with lead capture and meeting solutions. I highly recommend Zuant to any company as they will ensure to provide you with outstanding service.

Useful features but not overly customisable. The user interface is clunky in practice as well, and I don't think a UX designer has been anywhere near it. It's not suitable for use by customers, but would work okay for salespeople who have made themselves familiar with the app before use.

I experienced really quite poor customer service from the Managing Director (rude, inflexible, patronising, unsupportive) but great service from others in the team. I wouldn't usually judge a company on the behaviour of one individual, but when that person is the MD, it's a bit different.

This app has made my job a lot easier. The consolidation of the leads has helped to distribute these globally.

The possibilities are great with linking to CRM's. With the app constantly being updated it will be interesting to see how far the development will reach.

Definitely one of the best lead capture technologies I have used over the years. The team is great and always helpful, and they respond to all the changes and questions on time. The software is easily accessible and very easy to use - which makes it easy to train our booth staff on it. Zuant has all the features we need for our tradeshows, as well as Eloqua integration - which saves us time on manual uploads for our leads.

We have used the Zuant eLead capture system at several tradeshows and customer events and got very good feedback from our sales force using it.. Reports are available on the spot and the Zuant team is very efficient and responsive. Overall a very good tool which we will certainly use again.

ave used numerous lead capture systems and scanners over the years which have been very hit and miss. We've now signed up to use Zuant at our shows in 2014 and we're very impressed. All of the functionality is everything we need - allows us to capture, qualify and follow up on our booth meaning less time spent with admin once the show is over! We can contact our booth attendees instantly with our up-2-date brochures and price lists without having to spend £££ on printing and transporting and then have access to the leads as soon as we need them. Can't wait to see upcoming developments. Thanks Team!

Zuant is a great lead retrieval trade show app that can integrate with trade show scanning systems or allows you to use the business card capture/transcription to obtain and easily follow-up with leads. You can build custom surveys that fit your business needs. Conditional survey branching isn't an option yet, but is supposed to be in the road map. The ability to enter notes and add documents to the app to send to leads in an automated email after trade shows are great features not many other apps can do. Overall, it has a nice UI and is easy to use, which is something my team loves.

We have used this service for a number of our larger shows and have been very happy with the service received. The team is always available and responsive. Changes are made quickly and reports are run promptly at the close of each show.

We started with these guys in the UK when they were brand new. Prior to renaming themselves Zuant, they were known as "Marketpoint Tradeshow". They bent over backwards to lean how to make their software, service and capabilities better. Fast forward a few years and we are giving serious consideration to what alternatives are available. These guys now seem to nickel and dime us for small changes, their response times have diminished, and our marketing team are increasingly unimpressed with what we are getting. Its a shame, because the attitude they had early days was so good, but they've let much of that slip away.

Trying to manage a large event and measure ROI with a system that begins with attaching a business card to a lead form has always been a challenge.

We piloted Zuant last year at an exhibition. It is a professional sales tool which helps staff capture the all the information required from the delegates visiting your stand. It is also a useful tool to help impart information giving sales people their marketing collateral at their fingertips and the ability to send automated follow-ups. However what encouraged us to use it more widely is the ability to integrate the data into our CRM system and produce reports analysing the interest in specific products.

It is easy to use and overcomes some genuine issues for large companies around the KPI's for events.
