Worst case of quality ever! Superexpensive, and just automatic responses, of refund of 20%.
40$ for a unbelievable cheap piece of clothing that is not more than 3$ worth.
Please NEVER buy there, they just cheat you ! This shop has to stop immediately!

Someone has to shut them down! It’s so unfortunate what they are doing to people. I will find a way to contact the BBB because they will not keep my money!

I wish I had been on Trustoukot before buying. It’s simple this company spams you on Pinterest and online showing this beautifully dressed women. You succumb to the temptation and the attractive price but the clothes you receive are appallingly bad quality (you get better quality from market stalls)! And when you ask for a refund, they go into endless negotiations to try to only refund you 15% of what you paid!!! Stay away pleaaaaaaase.

Facebook and PayPal should also being doing a better job of not working with this likely illegal enterprise.

Every part of their 'customer service' has shut down or been deleted since I ordered from them a month ago.

Scammers. Products are really cheap and not depicted as they truly are. Once they get your money, you can't return the product. They do not have an address, and the email address they provide gets returned to you. Don't go NEAR this company.

Chinese scam, should be banned from Internet selling. Here comes my story: I ordered two pair of shoes (with intent to return one or both them if they dont fit or else). I hadnt read the return conditions (lesson learnt) that should raise my awarness already. Anyway, what a surprise that instead of the shipment coming from the US I received tracking number that pointed to China. Ok, let the fun begin I thought. I kept one pair and then followed the return plan.
Same as most of you, I got a several discount offers, until I wrote: „stop playing this game with me and provide the return address”. Pfff... done, package sent, tracking showed it arrived somehwere in China. Two weeks later no money (I think they promised 7days) so I sent them a reminder, got a reply and money within 2days, well... not that easy! They transferred 11$ less than the price of the shoes.
The fun started again, I asked where is my misssing 11$? The answer: „but sir, we had to paid the initial shipment so we charged it now” WHaaat??? Email exchanges again, my argument that on their page and invoice it says: shipment 0$ (it dodnt say it was discount) they kept the same message. I aksed them to return 11$ and threaten them to report a fraud to my card issuer if the amount doesnt show up within 24hrs on my account.
The same reply, so I waited two days and reported fraud to Visa. Within a week my complain was positive and Visa returned me 15$. In your face!

I am super happy because if the seller/ service provider is reached by the chargeback they need to return the disputed money and from 15 up to 25$ fee to Visa or any other card issuer. Well done!

How I wish I had read these reviews first!! Lesson learned the hard way...

Just as the others have shared, this company is sketchy in all ways. They take your money, send you VERY low-quality, cheaply-made items which DO NOT look like the photo-shopped pictures on their website, then claim that their returns would go to China, and since it would cost too much for you to return it for a refund, they offer you a 15% discount on your "next purchase."

I intend to return this cheap c... to China and make them issue me a refund!!

Placed order 5 weeks ago and still not received. Have tried to make contact and heard nothing back. Avoid this site!

The shoes looks like cheap scrap and you can't walk with them because the sole is so thin. 50 USD for rubbish!

This store is a HUGE nightmare. Read the return policy before you make any orders, and I would tell you don't order anything from them at all. You don't get what you see. At first, their email, facebook page, and Pinterest account didn't provide me with any help then my husband was able to get through. They stated if I wanted to return an item I had to take a picture of it and explain why I needed to return it. They said, how about you keep the order and on your next one, we will give you 15% off. No way. I am never ordering from there. We heard back on Monday, so the time issues about returning items start running out. I called my credit card company and they said, send it back to the return address which they never gave me, so the one on the package they used was the only one to use. I sent them an email yesterday and still have not heard back. They are a very very dubious and nefarious company. You can find much better products elsewhere & never have to deal with this horrible company again. Don't order from them.

I’m such a fool! This is 2nd order to different companies seen on Facebook adverts. Both seemed to have come from China. Terrible quality, and not as seen on video. Looked amazing on both.
I’ve wasted my money, but lesson learned.Always check on reviews before ordering. ☹️

Not even close of what is shown on the picture. Wrong color and half the order only was received. Don’t waste your money.

NEVER BUY FROM ZUCHIC...SCAM...SCAM, SCUM...Chinese rubbish quality, No customer service. No return address. Email address was blocked and changed. Hope they all burn in hell where they belong.

Apart from the poorest quality of merchandise it has the worst customer service ever.
The return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery to an address that they don’t bother to send you so that you lose time to send it back. I sent an email on Friday and now it’s Sunday evening and they still have not sent me the posting address for the return. They say specifically do NOT send the items back to the address on the packet. The value of the items declared on the package is stated as $8 dollars whereas I paid $110!
Never buy from Zuchic. It’s the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
