I am very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered 18 Cardinal shrimp and paid for DHL Express delivery (1–3 days). However, the seller shipped the package using a slower service (DHL Paket) without informing me. As a result, the delivery took several days longer than expected.

I contacted both DHL Germany and DHL Romania, and they confirmed that the shipment was not sent via Express. The longer transit time had serious consequences — most of the shrimp did not survive the transport. Out of 18 shrimp, only 3 survived.

What is most frustrating is that I warned the seller immediately after shipment that this mistake would likely result in the death of the animals, but no action was taken.

This situation could have been easily avoided. Shipping live animals with an inappropriate delivery service is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend this seller.

I ordered fish from this company, and while they do warn that ordering from abroad is at your own risk, you’d still expect a level of professionalism. For instance, they should know better than to ship live animals internationally on a Thursday, it’s guaranteed the package will be delayed over the weekend.

To make it worse, they failed to provide a tracking number, leaving me in the dark about the shipment’s progress. When the package finally arrived on the 5th day, the water temperature inside was 7°C, obviously all the fish were dead. Shockingly, despite the cold, the water had a foul, rotten smell. To top it off, one of the fish wasn’t even the correct species.

I would strongly advise against ordering live animals from this company.
