I recommend this yoga studio

I recommend this yoga studio! The classes are interactive and the coaches are excellent. Since starting, I have seen a huge improvement in my flexibility. It is also a fantastic way to release stress.

Zuga Fitness is really good. Trainers are well learned and quite experienced. Specially no fake claims. Their classes are based on scientific approach towards body functioning.
