I wish I read the reviews earlier.

Bet $200, won $800 but they will never pay me out. And it's been more than a couple of weeks since I started the withdrawal process.

Easy to deposit money. Impossible to withdraw.

On their initial verification request list I provided everything quickly. Then every time, more and more gets requested by them and it never finishes. Including id data, bank account statements, utilities and many others.

Simply disgraceful. Wish someone could help taking formal legal action against such companies. That's a theft.

Worst ever customer service, the dont follow their own promotions...each time you spend at least half an hour in chat, agents are withoy moral and ethics. Stay as far away as possible. It completely impossible do a withdraw. Dont ever wste time on these

Never use this site. It is all scam, I won 14.000 euros, but they never pay me the money. I did a withdrawl 13 of September but still not have getting the money out from this scam site. My account is verified as well. but never use this scam, you will not get your winnings out.

First off this page has horrible odds compared to competitors.

Secondly it wont pay out your winnings. I have won more than X000EUR in profits from this page and they refuse to let me withdraw my money.

I have sent more than 20 mails with bills etc. to confirm my adress and they always say "Kindly be informed that we can not accept (wathever I send) unfortunately."

I have tried to withdraw my money from this page for more than 2 months. I strongly advice anyone to avoid this site.

I have done everything I need to do to confirm my ID and adress, and they always just says I have another step to follow (another excuse). They asked for a bank statement - I send a bank statement, they say its not good enough. Always the same excuse

This bookmaker is worse those giving the betting industry a bad name. and there are many others the same owner probably: Zulabet/ Sportaza/ Betinia/ Rabona/ etc... almost all who give big bonus and they are new on market.
I failed the verification process in spite of sending them 2 bank statements and my electricity bill.
I was then informed that they would return my deposits.
4 days ago I got an email saying my withdrawal had been processed. As I expected the money has not arrived in my bank account. 1800 euro

The worst possible casino/bookies on planet earth. They are atrocious. Everything they do is about trying to take your money and make it as difficult as possible to get out it took me months. If you are a lunatic and want to lose money Zulabet is your man. Nothing can describe how bad they are. Do not go near them.

I requested a withdrawal on the 07.03.2021 was then informed some days later by the financial department that the payment was rejected by my Visa account , I contacted my visa accounts department and was informed that this was not the case.
I then was asked by Zula to supply my bank account details for withdrawals which I did only to be informed today that this was also rejected. I am now handing this matter over to my Solicitor. Stay clear of this site.

Registered few days ago, lost 100 euros. Zulabet refunded the 100 euros as first deposit bonus.

Had few bets (maximum bet amount 50 euro), my account is on 80 something euros. Received an email, that I am only allowed to bet with 10 (!!) euros.The problem is, that rollover requirement is 12x times the bonus (1200 euro). Their promotion stated only 6x times.

So I had a chat with them, that do I understand correctly to have 90-100 bets to be able to withdraw the money? They said very sorry bla-bla-bla.

Today my account is frozen without any prior email.

I think you should avoid them.

This site seems like a scam. They just dont want to payout your money. I have been waiting 4 DAYS and my withdrawal is still pending. Support gives no info about it, they just say that they will handle it asap. Stay away!
