High-quality product, fast shipping, website is not the most straightforward to navigate (esp on mobile), but no shortage of content or options. Very happy with my purchases, will likely buy from them again.

It was easy to buy the straps and the delivery was fast, but two basic, cheap nato straps were of poor quality. One more expensive nato strap was of good quality.

I love this strap. I put it on a Seiko Speedtimer SSC813 and it looks amazing. It starts out a little stiff but is already breaking in and is super comfortable on my wrist

Prices ok but ordering from the EU makes it too expensive !

I've always been meticulous in maintaining that my watches should only ever have OEM straps. I finally decided, after reading a few articles on blogs, that I wanted to step into the world of NATO or Zulu straps. The name that kept cropping up was Zuludiver. When I look to purchase new items I always try to buy British for preference as long as quality isn't compromised. With both excellent reviews and a British heritage.
The strap is superb. Comfortable to wear with sharp and precise colours. It arrived beautifully packaged and in a timely manner and makes my Chris Ward Trident Pro MK 1 really come alive. I am now absolutely converted and am making up a short list of other straps for my other watches. Very highly recommended.

Zulu Diver sent me a watch strap that only fits Seikos because it comes with the thicker Seiko spring bars. I told them the strap was not for a Seiko. The only solution they offered was for me to pay $13 in shipping to receive non-Seiko spring bars. I can purchase these spring bars for $5 on Amazon with free shipping.
When I told them I was not satisfied with their service, they told me that I could ship the strap back to them at my cost & risk.
This company has horrible customer service. Do not do business with them.

Terrible service from Zulu Diver. My order never arrived and their customer support was both slow to respond and unhelpful. Fortunately I received a full refund, but only after I raised a case though PayPal, who refunded me immediately. I will never deal with either Zulu Diver or Watch Gecko again.

Poor customer service. Took over a month to get to me via Royal Mail due to strikes. When I asked to return was informed I must pay postage and was advised I should use a service other than Royal Mail to get it back to them sooner (is this a joke?).

I ordered a strap on 23 November and so far 5th December no sign of my order. They will blame the postal strikes. But why use a service you know will be suffering strikes and say to hell with the customers?

Ordered strap and was very thin and flimsy. With the cost of shipping both ways was close to the cost of the strap. So, decided to keep the strap, but will never use because the quality is so poor, and I'm afraid it'll break and might lose watch. Total waste of $35.00.

The straps were delivered within a very short time with no issues. There was a slight problem with one of them but after contacting customer service i had a replacement delivered within two days (even though i am based overseas). Honestly, I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I placed my order and received a confirmation. Five days later I checked the status and there was no indication that it had shipped. I contacted the company and was informed that it would take 7-35 days and there is no tracking information. I still have little ideas when my strap will arrive and it has been two weeks. This isn’t acceptable.
