Amazing quality and lovely presentation. Will definitely buy again!

Great nato straps and fast delivery would definitely buy again.

Shipping was top notch and the bracelet was packaged very well. My biggest issue was the clasp - it is not the brushed stainless milled beauty shown on the website. What I received was a very cheap, polished, stamped clasp that could be found on a dozen other cheaper shark mesh bracelets. For the price I paid, I was expecting a nice and beefy milled clasp - very disappointed and will continue my search elsewhere

UPDATE: I have to hand it to these guys, they have amazing customer support and it turns out that my bracelet was a different SKU and they did me right by sending me the correct bracelet and clasp combo. Shipping was super fast and the quality of the clasp is top notch - milled (not stamped), beautifully brushed with a safety clasp. Thanks again - I highly recommend this shark mesh if you're in the market for one!

Quality nato strap, looks stunning with my Omega Seamaster. And with a 50% discount, however I would have paid full price and still been very happy with my purchase.

The strap really looks nice at the watch and it seems to have a good quality which will last for longer times. Communication and delivery were also very good.

I returned the article but then get refunded £65.70 only while I spend £85.69. Apparently, they won't refund me the delivery cost of £19.99 while on their return policy mentions: Please note that we will refund the basic delivery cost, count 5 working days (in my case I get refunded 15 days since they receive the returns item, after I write to them to giving update since they don't bother to update me)

Also an answer: “Your order was sent duty paid, the shipping fee also includes any customs charges/taxes” ( well yes and I'm the one paid for it so logically I should get refund for it).

After Those exchange, the service client of Zuludiver seems gone missing, no answer for my email, not Instagram.

Unbelievable how such a brand is treating the customer like this. Not about the amount, but the fact that they won't give back the basic delivery cost with no reason it's seems so unreal in this transparent world.

They dare to steal, to act unjust without being afraid to be exposed it's shocking me.

PS: I returned it in the exact same package they've sent to me at my own cost, 1 day after receiving it, not missed a single item including the pen, Spring Bar Tool, and the 10% discount bonus.

I have tried many types of Zulu diver straps and bracelets and have nothing but praise for the quality and value - their customer service is also excellent.

Wearing the ZULUDIVER Tropic strap, nicely made and very comfortable to wear. Addition of quick release spring bars is a real plus and I like to swap my straps most days. Keep up the good work guys!
