Beyond furious with this insurance as their client. On 12/24/24 Christmas Eve my FRONT END HARNESS and CONNECTOR that are FACTORY parts held by FACTORY ZIP TIE got caught and ripped off from the radiator fan wheel left me stranded. My car stopped where it could overheat. All sensors lit up. My car was towed to Honda that discovered this issue. The service advisor addressed this to ZURICH who stated this is physical damage. I’m beyond mad because we showed supported proof that this is how the CRV was purchased as you see pictures of another Honda showing all Hondas have the same installation but mine got caught by a fan wheel. The outcome resolution from Zurich got me beyond furious that I’m going to post this everywhere on social media because I DONT deserve to be denied this claim! Someone needs to ACKNOWLEDGE and look at the evidence again that this is how all Honda cars are purchased from FACTORY! I deserve these parts to be repaired permanently new parts and want Zurich to warranty this claim!! I want reimbursement as well!! I will report this legally if this is NOT resolved!—YOUR BEYOND FURIOUS CUSTOMER
