One month in after changing over, and so far no issues at all. Only good things to say!
A few recent reviews read terrible, however, I've only experienced good things. I recently moved over to Zusi as our mobile providers from Plan.com. The sales team were great, not to pushy. We moved network from O2 to EE, the transition was not smooth sailing as we had a few hiccups but it was dealt with quickly and professionally by Hollie, therefore what more can you ask for. One month in, so far so good.

My advice DO NOT USE this company. I have given one star as unable to leave none.
Sales dept great to set up our new contract and promise the earth. Our restrictions not put in place on the work phones as we requested therefore extra charges and they would not pay the extra charges though they had not done their job properly and this still goes on month after month. Still waiting a week later as to why extra charges on there again. This is the worst company we have ever worked with and regret using them.

After speaking to Zusi about our needs, they were able to come up with multiple options that worked for me. The setting up was painless, and I've managed to save a bit each month too! I was dubious based on some of the reviews I read but I've been really happy so far.

I was sold a great deal by this…
I was sold a great deal by this company, however in reality it has been nothing but stress. Hidden monthly fees, no-one answers the phone to you and everyone I have spoke to has been rude. I wish I had never got a contract out with them and now I am stuck with them for 3 years. Please think twice before using this company, it's been a nightmare from start to finish and please please read the fine print as there is a lot they don't mention on the phone.

Awful experience - Customer service non-existent
Honestly, the worst company I've had any dealings with. After endless calls from pushy salesman for months, we finally decided to place an order for biz sim cards.
At the same time, we discussed broadband and landline as our renewal was due, and they were offering what seemed a good tariff.
Broadband install was arranged for a certain date, they informed our previous provider of the install date. Come the date nothing happened and our previous provided had stopped the broadband and landline. No warning from Zusi of the delay or real explanation, not even an apology! Luckily, our landlord was able to assist with getting us reconnected, but we were without internet and a landline for 4 days. Suffice to say, we cancelled the broadband, only to receive a cancellation invoice for £2.5k, £350 of which was for the cancelled BT visit to install the new line on the amended date, which is completely unjust as nobody was in the office as all staff were working from home!
The landline was diverted to a mobile number so we could at least still receive calls. I’ve asked this to be un-diverted and am still waiting a week later.
We signed a direct debit mandate for the biz sims so assumed monthly payments with the provider would be taken care of, however we received an overdue email from the provider last month, which I queried with Zusi, so then believed this was sorted. We then received another overdue account email this month with a warning that if it wasn’t cleared the provider may restrict our services! Completely ridiculous. As a reputable business that’s been operating for 30 years you do not expect to be in this position.
Communication is poor and the staff seem incompetent (except the sales team!)

Said they'd install the new phone system but then refused! Said I couldn't port PAC codes across then found out I could! Made mistakes in porting the numbers across leading to delays. It's been an awful experience so far. AVOID!
