Great customer service
The first time we ordered, there was a slight delivery problem with UPS, however we contacted the company and the company owner has done everything in his power to ensure that a solution is found. After that everything went very smooth and a was a very pleasant experience. Since the first hiccup we have ordered again and everything was great. Highly recommended!

The service has always been top notch
The service has always been top notch, and the people of Zweedsesnus have always worked proactively to resolve any mistake made by PostNL.
The owner once drove my order to my house for me after learning it that I only had 1 can left after PostNL had failed to deliver my order.

Best servicemindedness
I have been a return customer with Zwedsesnus for some time. Recently I placed an order which was not dispatched due to an internal error.
Customer service contacted me when the error was discovered to offer their apologies and assure me that the delivery would me made.
Now get this. The CEO of the company PERSONALLY DELIVERS my package, since PostNL may have caused further delays.
Suffice to say, I call this class A service. I was so pleasantly surprised that I decided to reactivate my account here just to write this!
