Quick and easy

Really good price and 1st class service with delivery 👍

1st time using Zyber, will definitely use them again, quick delivery, well packaged, i was impressed from order through to delivery. They also use a good delivery firm DPD who keep me updated with delivery times.

They sent the wrong product. Contacted their ‘customer service’ who asked for pictures which were duly provided and then they have gone radio silent.
Heard nothing and now I have £50 worth of the wrong product and no idea when I’ll be getting that money back.
Do not use this company.

wish i had read reviews first of this bunch of scam merchants i ordered two tins of paint as they were on offer at a good pricei should have known somethingwas wrong because it seemed too good to be true but went ahead anyway because it said next day delivery what a mistake that was havent heard anything that was 5 days ago sent them an email enquireing where my products are and when they would be delivered and have heard nothing from them so will not be using them again in a hurry if only i had checked the reviews first oh well you live and learn

Next day delivery rapid and price great

I was a bit sceptical of buying from a company I’d never heard of, but read lots of positive reviews, so gave it a try. I ordered paint on Sunday, it was delivered on Tuesday. Their price was the cheapest and delivery was free. The fact that it was delivered so quickly was also a bonus as big name retailers had a delivery time of 5 days or more.
I’m really pleased with my order and will definitely be buying from them again.

Promoting next day delivery when it took them 52 hours and then the after sales was diabolical. Rude staff (Aaron and Alex who are both managers from my understanding) and promises they can’t keep. Have been waiting for a call back from Alex for two weeks and have finally decided to leave them this glowing review instead as I have given them enough time to try to rectify things. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and order from B&Q or somewhere reliable. These people are cowboys at best and wouldn’t know customer care if it hit them in the face.

Ordered in the afternoon arrived next day, with free delivery. Very securely packed, lid on paint taped down. Cheapest I could find, for what I wanted. Will definitely use Zyber again.

Supposed to be next day delivery when emailed they apologised saying royal mail hadn't picked it up and was delivered 4 days later by dpd so poor communication and even worse delivery especially when I had tradesmen booked for the day it was supposed to be delivered so would not use this company again
