I’ve used three different brands so far. The material of the ZYN pouches are by far the best I’ve tried. They are smaller than the other companies I’ve tried and I found them to be a much better experience. The buzz is more balanced and smoother. Favorite part of ZYN is that they have zero smell which is amazing. Other company’s like vilo have smells which I found to be nauseating. The favors are much more subtle which I personally find to be a huge plus. I’m a big fan of this produce. The reason I gave it a 3 and not a 5 is because their strongest product is a 6 and I personally don’t feel the buzz on anything less then a 9 so I have to double up to feel anything. The other seriously annoying thing about their product is that they only have 15 in a pack when most company’s have 20. Since I find the product to be so much better then the others I’ve tried I would still buy it over others with 15 in a pack but I wouldn’t buy again unless they came out with a stronger product.

Ordered on website, they messed up delivery address even though it was drop down selection and then was undelivered. Customer service said nothing could do and would be refunded within 20 days. Asked if could reorder but would lose introductory discount and said tough. Bit of scam to save money as not honouring order. Very unhelpful and blunt so they going to lose a potentially very good customer and didn't care at all.

completely flavorless...and odorless. was told they go for mild flavors i didnt know air was a flavor. 0/10

Tried these on a trial basis which was great.. but I have to be really honest, they taste horrible to me.. very salty waste with the icy mint taste was off putting. Have tried to use them.twice but I really do not like them. I cant say if the nicotine parts works as I couldn't leave them in my mouth for long enough.

Tried the black cherry medium strength pouches.
Probably the worst experience I've had in years . . . tasted absolutely foul .
So strong and overpowering. . tried to keep it in my mouth . . . couldn't do it .
Lord knows what the full strength are like.

Order did not arrive. Been 7 weeks since i made the order. No replacement. No refund. Customer care bot just says your case has been escalated and we'll be in touch. Robbed.

Its been nearly 2 months now still no order received. Customer service just lie and say your complaint is being processed. They won't issue a refund or send a replacement out, just lie and tell you it takes 10 days. its been 60 days now and nothing. Do not buy anything from these peaople they will rob you.

They had a rep in Morrisons who sold me the vape (let's not go there what a faff). Also got me to buy one of these pouch mini cool mint. Now maybe it is because the are strong but talk about making me feel sick. First of all the burning stinging sensation in the mouth. Yes she warned me there may be a slight tingling sensation. Nope try ingesting paint stripper as a mouth wash. After a minute max came violent hiccups. Then the acid indigestion then the feeling I was going to projectile vomit. That was withing the first minute to 2 minutes of placing in the mouth. Then to top all that came the nausea. Now I had taken it out of my mouth after the paints tripper effect had started but the rest continued for about half an hour after. Glad I didn't persevere for any longer. This may be just a reaction I had but sorry going back to using a vape. This experience was best described as very nasty to say the least. Sorry zyn but these should come with one of those chemical, biological and nuclear symbols covering the front, back and sides of the tubs.

Been going on for about a year now and simply getting worse and worse.

Today went to 7 different stores looking for Cinammon 3 mg to no avail. Actually, they darned near didn't have any Zyn's to mention.

Whoever is in charge of their supply chain should be fired. There is no reason whatsoever for this lack of supply.

Have an issue with my pouches as the batch I bought gave me massive gum blisters. Never happen before. Have complained to customer services and is about 3 months of chasing now, with no action.

They dont seem to be very serious about it. Won't be returning.

Ordered Jan 3rd... was soon dispatched but still not received my order. Customer service seems non existent but I know for a fact this can't be the case... your business serves customers, I would appreciate someone reaching out at least via trustpilot to answer my query as to where my order is in reality?

Setting the order status to dispatched and not following up with delivery tracking as usual is suspicious business, you are leaving your paying customers on hold with no clue as to where their orders are following dispatch. It is almost a month past...

Having used the company for several months I had to contact to find out when I would receive order as not received. Was advised it had been delivered despite explaining repeatedly I had not received delivery. Quite frankly, the call handler was rude. I have now spent days with repeated messages to and fro, having to complete a signed declaration that my order has not been received and still no refund or replacement order whilst they 'investigate'. Worth noting the delivery company is Evri (the delivery company that doesn't deliver).
Such terrible customer service.

So, I have spent years trying to stop smoking (gum, lozenges, patches).

I thought I had an option when I first found out about e-cigs, and that lasted quite a while, until the rest of the world caught on. I used to have to make my own e-cig devices and order liquid from USA because they were not available over here. After my evening meal, I tend to use belissimo, a peach flavour that cleans the palette ready for bed, and contains nicotine.....

Every mood catered for, without having to inhale anything. My breathing is coming back to normal, my inhaler use is far less, and no craving whatsoever.

Have contacted customer service over receiving a damaged pack and over an email telling me a promo sample was being sent out but nothing being received.
Replies seem auto generated as they continuously ask for info that’s already been given, there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact the company than through the messages option in your account and requests for further contact details and to escalate matters are just ignored. I’ve put in a few orders and the pouches are nice with quick delivery, but if you are unfortunate enough to have any problems you are on your own.

I'm a Swedish guy who has used pouches a bunch of years now, an 60+ y o and during these years of pouches use i have tested almost every brands, until one day at work my mate found a can with Zyn pouches, it was voilet licorice, im hooked now on this type of pouches cause the its not losing the flavor after four hours, thank you Zyn for being an mega pouch with flavor that last longer than other pouches, best regards Mr Lars-Anders Malmberg

Emailed promo code had expired. Chat agent advised they would refund difference if I placed an order. They then refused to honour it. Asked for refund but they wanted me to pay postage. Only after I jumped through hoops did they finally agree to send a pre paid postage label, may as well have just honoured the original reduction. Terrible way to treat a first time buyer so won't be using again.
