Ongoing issues with the Gmail version, ongoing issues with Outlook version. Lack of easy connections (used to be able to get list of open cases by opening suggested contact in side bar, that is gone), have to search fairly exactly, and lots of general frustrations.

Really difficult to learn and use all the functionality. Calendar sync with Saleforce is most difficult. The uploading of business cards into Salesforce also needs lots of work, have to enter in the company name almost 100% of the time.

Unlike Linkpoint360, there is no pop up notice when someone reads your email. Its strange I have to go on their site to look at a list of all the email address that has ever read my email.

It does an adequate job of syncing email to salesforce. The only thing it does better than Salesforce for Outlook is the ability to edit salesforce within Outlook. ZynCal is very limited to what it can do compared to other collaborative calendar tools out there.

When it works its good. But alot of times the files or mailes dont get atteched to the right document in SFDC.

Slow to respond, drop downs don't disappear and get in the way of entry, takes longer to submit updates than Salesforce for Outlook.

While the core of the tool is beneficial- the user download, login, and even after signature support is very poor. Their technical team is not knowledgeable and is not helpful or supportive.
