Product detail was good, ordering was relatively easy, the order confirmation came quickly and the advice that the order was being sent by Dutch Post came on the first working day after ordering. However the Dutch Post passed it on to a private German letter post company who don't deliver to our houseand by the time they had sorted themselves out and passed it over to the German Post, it took 9 days to arrive. My enquiry via email on Day 6 was not replied to nor that from Day 9.
I have no experience with the product yet, but it was highly recommended to us by two friends who have had great results using it.
