URGENT ups pick up needed for tickets!

I, like so many others, can't get through to customer service - every time I've tried the message says high call volume then hangs up. I have also emailed twice in 4 days and no response.
This is now urgent as for Stevie Wonder event this Sunday! 2 tickets are sold and I need a new UPS collection - I was unable to print out the label the first time. The order number is 2290997.
