Terrible service

I ordered my ticket for wireless festival on the 28th of June, two weeks before the event. I received a dispatch email from both getmein and UPS on the 30 telling me my ticket would be delivered by the 1st of July. I waited 5 days like the email states and still no ticket. I then ring get me in after spending 25 mins waiting to get through and was told my ticket was attempted to be delivered but wasn't in. So I wait 2 more days baring in mind that the event was only 2 days away, tried ringing again as they said they'd be in contact shorty to tell me what's going on but after trying 4 times I gave up to high demand in calls in the customer service line. Then I get a voice mail late in the evening telling me my tickets had never even been dispatched and I was on my own. So now I have no tickets and can't get any more as theyre sold out. Messed my whole weekend up as I've already spent money on hotels in London. Really left me in the ****. Total waste of time. I advise to get your tickets else where.

Thank you for your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear that your tickets didn't arrive. When you contacted our call centre, one of our team initiated an investigation on your package and unfortunately it was found in this case the tickets hadn't been dispatched.


In the rare cases where this happens we will do everything we can to find you replacements, unfortunately there just weren’t any equivalent tickets available so we refunded you immediately.

We're very sorry for any disappointment caused.
