I would never use this Co again. I googled "Rihanna Ticketmaster" & instead "Ticketmaster/Getmein" was brought up by Google, no doubt something Ticketmaster pays for? With 5mins to go before tickets went on sale, I didn't notice the Getmein part & quickly paid £230 for 2 X pitch standing tickets, thinking this must be standard price.

It was onlywhen paying by PayPal that I spotted I was paying a Co called Getmein who I hadn't heard of. Afterwards I did some searching around BD discovered they were a reseller and I could have easily bought the same tickets elsewhere for £122.

I immediately rang Getmein but they make it near impossible to get through as in a constant queuing system. I tried several times over the next few days but gave up after waiting 20+ mins in the queue systems. I then emailed them and no replies either.

I tried to sell the tickets on myself but who would want to pay double their value? It should be illegal not to point out the face value of the tickets sold in reseller sites so that people like me who hadn't heard of them would be made aware?

What's more the Rihanna concert was pants! She was 50mins late then sang for 1hr10mins before saying "thank you Manchester" and walking off.....no finale, nothing! From the Press I gather she was partying til 5.30am in London the night before and then went off to another party directly after the Manchester concert so it goes to show where her priorities lie these days? Total rip off and she should be ashamed.

Laughably it was my birthday that day so Getmein and Rihanna managed a double whammy to ruin it.
I'll stick to other genuine ticket sites in future, Ticketmaster should be rich enough without having to refer customers to their resale site which pays them much more commission?
