Absolutely ridiculous customer service team. Lost out on £180.
I previously sold many tickets through this site and never had any problems until I decided to sell my Beyonce Tickets, for less than I bought them for!!!!
So, I emailed saying I wouldn't be in anymore for the UPS collection time, and no one got back to me.
I then received an email on the 5/7/16, after emailing and phoning multiple times, saying to send my tickets through Royal Mail, after doing so I received an email saying the order had been dropped. NOT long after saying to send them, so I had no way of getting the tickets back and continuously emailed to see how I would go about getting them back because this was £180 I was loosing out on PLUS delivery fees. I sent the tracking number and they got delivered on time. But still, I never got the tickets back or the money.
I am an 18 year old student, with a part time job so barely any money as it is, and for this to happen to me is absolutely disgusting.
I will NEVER be using this site again, and will ensure I let everyone i know aware of this and will post all over social media as this was, I believe, not my fault.
