I was most impressed with the operative that you dispatched to remedy our problem. The person was a lady plumber who was very proficient and totally committed to the job in hand. She completed the repair to the cold water stop cock which had had a broken spindle, then went on to replace our toilet inlet valve which I was going to replace myself until I found I was unable to turn off the water. The only down thing was when she said she had to travel nearly 2 hours from her base to get to our property to do a job of about 1 hour
